蘭卡威世紀蘭卡素卡度假村 (Century Langkasuka Resort Langkawi)

先説結論，轉機臨時住一晚還可以，來度假就算了。 入住全程一切自助，幾乎沒有服務。前台複印護照忘記還給我還不認賬。入住除了已經隨賬單附的旅遊税之外還須到店付款5馬幣一晚的額外度假税。 房間設施齊全卻極老舊，不過還勉強堪用。 泳池和照片上一致，看落日確實很美。 早餐一切自助，甚至進入餐廳都沒人確認房號。選擇不多，但能吃飽。

酒店環境很棒，有挨着大海的泳池，下午回來就在泳池裡玩，小朋友玩的很開心。早餐很豐盛，看着大海吃早餐，很愜意。房間設施還可以吧，給我們的一樓房間，窗戶外就是酒店的內部路，感覺有點不太安全，不過也沒發生什麼。下次去，應該還會再次入住。

離浮羅交怡國際機場很近。前身是喜來登，入住基本上還是靠英文辦理，需要稍微會一些簡單英文，酒店説實話比較蕭條，開了10多年了，服務人員很nice，從辦理完入住會一直幫忙拿着行李到房間，並且路上會介紹電腦房，餐廳，泳池，健身房的時間等。

Удобное расположение, близость к аэропорту. Пребывали одну ночь. Все вполне устроило. Отличный бассейн и закат🌅 Обстановка немного напомнила советский пансионат или даже пионерлагерь))) Было превосходно.

As others mentioned, time has not been kind to the hotel infrastructure and does feel pretty dated. There were switches, locks, and control panels that were likely previously under the Sheraton system, which no longer functions. The main noticeable thing was Temperature/AC control panel, yet the AC was a stand alone unit with remote. However, the extremely friendly & helpful staff and the amazing service is what shifts the experience into at least an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was a combination on buffet/help yourself Malaysian/Western blend, with Omelette station prepared fresh by staff. The pool and outdoor chair lounge area is huge! The private beach front is nice to view the sunset and rise (especially if you have a beach front view room). The gym was completely mine as no one else used it. The restaurant /dining area is also big and they are open quite late, so you can order direct from kitchen rather than relying on Grab Food to come at least 30 minutes+ later. Keep in mine: I was here in the off season, where tourist/school kids groups were significantly less. I would say the location is very prime to airport convenience & convention center. However, it is NOT COMMUTE friendly since and you will heavily rely on Grab if no car/motorbike (in Langkawi in general). Sometimes Grab drivers will ask you to cancel if they are in the Pantai Cenang area since that's where the majority of the action/festivities area on that side of Langkawi. Overall, great value for a pretty good, peaceful stay. But if you are looking for something more lively, best to get something near Pantai Cenang City Center.

We had a week in the hotel. On first arrival, it does seem run down, with the room looked fine but there was mould in the bathroom, lots of mosquitos, and chipped paint. However, the bed was comfortable, the bar was great, and the pool was huge! Overall, I would stay again.

We had an amazing 永安 and the hotel was a big part of it. The room was nice, the airport is nearby by you can’t really hear the planes, it’s out of the city area so its quiet(but close enough that you can get a grab and be at Cenang beach quickly), the beach in front was basically empty the whole time (can’t really swim in it, but nice to look at), the pool is big and looks over the beach, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We spend more days at the pool than anything else.  To be honest, the hotel is a bit older and there are a few things that could be updated. But all the positives outweighed the negatives, just be aware it’s not an updated new hotel and you’ll be fine.

優點：離機場近，駕車方便停車免費，泳池較大，空間大 缺點：管理。餐廳女服務員區別對待，先點單被她壓在最末，給白人先上菜，而且兩副面孔，態度惡劣，這種服務真心建議避而遠之。 衞生，住幾晚房間裏發現五衹蟑螂，早餐自助沒有管理，餐盤骯臟。泳池包漿 旺季也隨意定的到而且價格超低含早是有原因的，真想定就定最低價，到了你會發現多錢的房除了朝向不一樣別的都一樣

Century Langkasuka Langkawi benar-benar mengecewakan dan jauh daripada standard yang dijangkakan, terutama untuk sebuah hotel yang diiklankan sebagai bertaraf 4 bintang. Dari luar, hotel ini kelihatan seperti bangunan terbiar, dengan penyelenggaraan yang sangat minima sehingga memberikan tanggapan seperti hotel lama yang hampir ditinggalkan. Fasiliti utama berada dalam keadaan yang menyedihkan. Kolam renang jarang diselenggara, dengan motor pam yang tidak berfungsi menyebabkan air kelihatan keruh dan tidak menarik untuk digunakan. Di dalam bilik pula, keadaan serupa berlaku—bathtub yang bocor menambah kekecewaan, mencerminkan kurangnya perhatian terhadap penyelenggaraan asas. Sarapan pagi turut tidak membantu meningkatkan pengalaman tetamu. Pilihan makanan sangat terhad dan tidak setanding dengan jangkaan untuk hotel bertaraf 4 bintang. Hidangannya hambar dan tidak memadai untuk memulakan hari dengan baik. Namun, satu-satunya sisi positif adalah kakitangan hotel. Mereka mesra, cekap, dan cuba memberikan yang terbaik walaupun keadaan fasiliti hotel tidak menyokong. Sikap mereka sedikit sebanyak membantu mengurangkan rasa kecewa. Secara keseluruhan, Century Langkasuka Langkawi langsung tidak memenuhi standard hotel bertaraf 4 bintang dan tidak berbaloi dengan harga yang dikenakan. Hotel ini memerlukan usaha besar untuk memperbaiki fasiliti, penyelenggaraan, dan mutu perkhidmatan agar layak berada dalam kategori tersebut. Buat masa ini, ia bukan pilihan yang boleh disarankan.
