環境：還可以 度假村風格 服務：很差 洗澡洗一會兒就沒有熱水了 讓我停5分鐘洗1分鐘熱水 等了半小時 最後還是不行 半夜去另一間房間洗完以後再回來 折騰的不行 最後送了延遲退房和接送下一個酒店做補償

We feel compelled to advise fellow travelers to look elsewhere. Our stay was profoundly disappointing, starting with unacceptable cleanliness. In fact, we even encountered a cockroach in our room. Furthermore, the buggy service was consistently slow and the staff's attitude was consistently defensive and unaccommodating. On one occasion, they departed without waiting, then claimed we were not present. Subsequently, we experienced a noticeable reluctance from reception to answer our calls for service, which felt like a punitive measure for our earlier complaints. Given the lack of basic professionalism and hygiene, I am unwilling to recommend this hotel. There are far better options on the island that truly deserve your business.

We stay at the sea villa studio, quite secluded from the other hotel room and looks empty from far but everything is good actually. All amenities are complete, big room and quiet. The sea villas are also share with the langkawi lagoon residence and some personal buyer. Breakfast also nice and delicious. Only the location is not over the tourist area like pantai Cenang or pantai Tengah thus no direct beach access

This is our second time in Langkawi, and both times we stayed at Ombak Villa.. Really good value for money, nice resort, decent size room and bathtub..

Excellent room spacious and in-room amenities. We love the bathroom (wudhu’ pipe), the spacious bathtub, the kitchen sink (clean up baby’s bottle etc.) without going to the toilet, the room layout, the view. Very nice 👍🏼🫰🏼

The beach view and overall atmosphere were absolutely premium. However, the cleanliness inside the hotel was rather disappointing. The floor seemed uncleaned, there were unwashed lizard droppings, and the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned, leaving an unpleasant smell. Still, I would return and try a different room because the view is truly unique.
