酒店其它還行，但是酒店空調外機有故障很吵，要求換房間不被允許，派了工程師維修一個小時説修好了，半夜又開始吵，幹擾了睡眠。還有早餐不適合華人，適合印度人。

Solo travel dan stay di HIG. Bilik cantik. Harga berpatutan. Sarapan ok sesuai dengan harga. Bersebelahan dengan HIG kedai coklat dan pinggan mangkuk. Try makan kat restoran dia. Cucur udang sedap gila sebab pakai kuah kacang. Harga berpatutan dengan standard hotel. Staff baik2. Overall sangat berpuas hati dengan hotel HIG ni.

I recently stayed at HIG Hotel Langkawi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast provided was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. However, I would like to suggest improvements in cleanliness. While I understand that the hotel is older, maintaining a higher standard of cleanliness would greatly enhance the overall experience.  In summary, with a few updates to cleanliness, this hotel could be a gem in its beautiful location!

When I 1st check in to my room, wow the room smell so fresh. Along the walk way to my room also no smoking smell. The room cleanliness exceeded my expectation. I also go a bonus view of the Hata tower outside my room near the lift lobby.
