熱帶海島酒店總有驚喜，這家真的背靠森林，面朝大海，離機場車程20分鐘，房間很大，衞生間，床夠大好評。酒店安排的房間滿意，可步行到lobby和海灘，海水沙子看着一般，海灘總的來説面向南，所以要看日落可能要到那段到海里的連廊泰餐廳那裡，擺渡車shuttle bus 基本等5,6分鐘就可以，晚餐衹嘗試了泰餐廳和西餐廳，衹有泰餐廳需要預約，永安的晚餐套餐可以吃得很好了，也節省時間。報名了一次酒店的nature walk，就在酒店裡去拜訪那些藏在各處的動物，很有趣，要能去後邊山裡更好了，英語識別60,70%…房間衹看到兩衹螞蟻，推測是迎賓水果或是床上的葉子，其實可以取消了。早餐一般而且需要提高下質量，中文支持和標識最好能提供一些，整體感覺是很好了，而且島上比城市裡人更熱情，善良，服務在線，周圍也有一些地值得探索，可以再去

The best resort in Langkawi in terms of cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere. The staff were amazing, the food was excellent, and there are four restaurants on-site. The beach is very clean, and I really enjoyed my stay — I’d love to come back again.

山の中のとても広い施設で、アクティビティも多くて數日居ても飽きないと思いますシャトルバスがたくさんあるので、待ち時間が少ないですレストランも最高に美味しかったですまた、レストランからの景色も最高でした

ビーチとプールは素晴らしいです。水上ビラのロケーションも素晴らしいです。インナーダイニングの味も素晴らしいです。惜しいのは部屋の設備が古いことです。床が軋むので夜は忍び足でも音が響きます。蚊取り設備のコンセントが室內の形狀に合わないです。ボロボロのドライヤーは撤去する置くべきです。アリが室內に侵入してくるのでインナーダイニングの殘りが列をなして食べられてしまいました。夜間の海へのライティングは非常にストレスがありました。これが無ければ夜の星や雷の光を楽しむことができたと思いますが、希望は葉いませんでした。全體的に明るすぎて自然にとって悪影響もあると思います。朝食ビュッフェは種類を減らして一つ一つのクオリティをもっと高めて欲しいです。

Pros The hotel has an exclusive feature that rooms are in distinct chalets with most being in the rainforest. This provides privacy and exclusivity. Great value and is full on onsite activities. Close to the oriental village and skycab. Cons you need to wait for a shuttle to reach your room.

Our stay at Berjaya was pleasant. The room provided sufficient comfort and was clean. However, the rooms and entire property need serious upgrading. The staff was friendly and tried their best to attend to our needs and queries despite being very busy. A special shout-out to all the F&B staff who worked tirelessly meals after meals. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient despite the hotel being in full capacity. Overall, we felt our stay in Berjaya was good and value for money.

This resort is big and beautiful, immersed in nature and their service is excellent. ( please forgive me if I have butchered the names or spelled them wrong) Faraaz was welcoming and informative upon check in, I came in early to check in and he made sure to find me so that I can check in my room a little before 3 pm. The surroundings are lovely, the resort hugs the mountains and is surrounded by lush green. There’s many activities that you can do within the resort, as well as the skybridge and oriental village a stone throw away ( you can get a one way shuttle courtesy of resort. The room itself was old but the housekeeping staff does an excellent job because it was clean, there’s no sewer smells and the bed is cosy. The only issue I have is that of the gaps which lets geckos in, a huge one made it’s home in the bathroom, thumbs up to front desk service which is open and the security came late at night to help find it but it had hidden. The next day I saw one come through the gap in the door, ( there is a brush at the bottom but doesn’t fit until the end) I clapped my hands wildly to chase it back out. Perhaps provide a door draft stopper, I just used the towels to fill in gaps as a makeshift one. However I know it is a resort surrounded by nature and these creatures will find a way. Breakfast was excellent, I have to says the breakfast staff is the hardest working team I have ever seen in all my travels. Not only do they have to greet and seat, but they also accommodate late breakfast comers who come after the allotted breakfast time and wait until they finish a lazy breakfast. The food here is delicious. It was a lovely stay. Ps. Don’t forget to make a reservation in advance for Phan Thai, I recommend at 6:30, it’s not busy yet and you can take pics and enjoy the beautiful sky dimming into glorious colors. It starts to get really busy at around 7:40 ( it’s still bright out) .

Необычный отель в виде вилл на ножках, расположен практически в лесу, в гуще природы. Есть бесплатный мини-бар в номере с напитками, пакетиком чипсов и орешков. Пополняется ежедневно. Обезьянки встречаются, но кормить их нельзя. Из минусов. На ресепшн очень ленивый и невнимательный персонал. При заселении не обращали на меня никакого внимания минут десять, хотя очевидно было, что не заняты. При выселении пытались содрать деньги за налог, который был уже уплачен при бронировании. Долго не хотели понимать, что уже оплачено, хотя я показывала распечатку с подтверждением. Сначала даже слушать и вникать не хотели, талдычили своё, считая себя умнее других. Завтраки прекрасные, разнообразные, но очень мало места для такого количества гостей. Поэтому выстраивается очередь на вход в ресторан по утрам. Море очень хорошее, песчаный пляж и дно, но недалеко от входа в воду какие-то железки и камни, о которые легко поранить ноги. При отливах можно было бы как-то почистить дно для безопасности отдыхающих. В номере всё дерево рассыхается, пол скрипит нещадно

The hotel is a sprawling resort with jungle on one side and beach & sea on the other and though it seems old, the place looks well looked after. The pool is pretty though a little small for the size of the resort and can get quite crowded (but there is the whole sea open to swim!). It’s also 5 to 10 minute walk to the Langkawi SkyCab (cable car) with a buggy that brings people over (1-way). There are also buggies on call to bring you to and fro within the resort. We enjoyed the breakfast spread - wide variety and well prepared. The amenities included a games room with darts, 2 pool tables, foosball table and a table tennis table (all are chargeable other than the table tennis). What made this stay perfect though was the staff (shout out to Shidah and the other nice man next to her at check in) who went over expectations to make sure we had a good stay ❤️
