優點：離機場是真近，下了飛機走路5到10分鐘就到了。度假區公區做的很好，很乾凈。服務人員也很熱情。在resort級別裏，性價比確實是最高的。如果是租個小摩託，全島都能跑。早餐還不錯，算是比較豐富的了。房間很大，也很安靜。雖然在機場但是沒有想象中那麼轟鳴。相反，晚上很安靜。缺點：酒店設施偏老，房間一股潮濕味。住過其他海邊resort，它家味道太重。

PROS: location next to airport , however this is cv a negative if you want to be near the action - Long beach Bar food and drinks excellent biryani , customer service by Sham who manages customers almost single-handedly on occasion! shall we say there were many merry guests on one evening good dj and music -Ayman the egg counter chef made excellent omelettes CONS - location for activities other than flying - its a whats app communication hotel , Id lrefer a room phone personally to solve issues what happen if someone not good at using technology like elderly person? - swimming pool has many tree and bird related issues requiring regular cleaning - no live tv such as bbc/cbb/astro football - shuttle bus times not frequent enough

Pros: Just next to the airport, under 10 min walk Rooms were VERY spacious Their double beds were comfortable and quite wide (can fit 2 adults) Service was very good, all staff were friendly Pool was well maintained, very lively at night (with the live DJ and singers) Breakfast buffet has a wide variety, although the coffee maker could be upgraded (the staff had to consistently clear out the grounds and change the milk cartons) Cons: Rooms were quite outdated, definitely due for a refresh Bathroom mirrors had marks We had to change rooms twice - 1. First time was because our bathroom sink was pooling water; the water wasn't getting drained fully leaving at least 3cm of water in the sink 2. We could not sleep properly on our first night as the aircon was EXTREMELY NOISY and warm - was actually leaking throughout the night (we did not realize it until we woke up in the morning) Weak water flow in the shower - at one point it was too weak to even take a shower Public toilet near breakfast buffet restaurant has issues with the flush and the floor was almost always really wet The hotel has a lot of room for improvement, especially in terms of its amenities. Despite the cons, we still had a relatively comfortable stay.

The team at the hotel made everything possible to make my 永安 memorable and great. They were very helpful and friendly. The hotel has a shuttle bus at two different times to Ceneng Beach every day. Breakfast is very varied with Indian, Malay, Mediterranean options. I was generously treated to dessert options at some nights. Beds are super comfortable. And you can literally go anywhere on the island by grab or thé hotel’s shuttle bus. The airport is just a 2 minute walk to the airport. The pool is of nice size with a nice fountain and there are two of pools. Would love to stay there again- may be next school holiday ❤️

When its said 4 stars hotel, then the basic facilities such aircond needed to be good. When room is large, but the airconditioner used is small/not ceiling type, then your room will be bit hot. Management need to improve this. But for the facilities such pool is very good, have good gym and great places for kids to play/toys room. Other, will think twice if to stay more

I had a really good stay at Wings by Croske Resort Langkawi. The staff were very helpful and accommodated my request for early check-in. The airport shuttle was convenient, breakfast was nice, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant and satisfying experience

空港からとても近く送迎もして頂きアクセスは便利でした。空港の隣なのでタイムロスもなく良かったです。 2部屋借りましたがどちらもシャワーが壊れていて暖かいお湯が出ないのが不便でした。部屋を変えてもらいましたが、その部屋もお湯が出ませんでした。

Should have booked for 2 or more nights at this hotel but will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Langkawi in the not too distant future👍. We were allowed to checkin early since a room was available. Enjoyed the pool, the poolside music, the big variety buffet breakfast, our dinner as well and the convenience of 5 mins walking distance to the airport just made our 永安 so memorable. Thank you🙏

A Disappointing Experience We booked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations for what a ‘resort’ should offer. The room lacked basic amenities such as a hairdryer and phone. We were asked to contact the front desk via WhatsApp (which took a really long time to get a response.) There was no beach access, no laundry facilities, and no spa on-site. Worse, we were placed on a floor undergoing noisy renovations, with poor lighting, damaged floorboards, and an unpleasant smell. Accommodating guests on active construction floors is unacceptable. Additionally, the hotel failed to properly communicate its shuttle service—no signs or schedules were posted, and we only learned about it while waiting for our taxi and saw other guests using the shuttle to the same location we were going to. (they were unable to transport us, as they said we had not booked prior.) While the location near the airport may be convenient, the overall experience was far below resort standards. We would not recommend staying here.

酒店位於浮羅交怡機場外，交通非常便利，而且酒店提供免費接送服務。但離浮羅交怡的熱門景點都比較遠。酒店服務人員熱情禮貌，服務比較周到。但是酒店有點老，硬件設施需要改善；酒店內的其他消費價格較高，酒店內游泳池還是不錯的，適合親子出遊。
