麥克坦紐敦C套房公寓 (C Suites at Mactan Newtown)

살짝 노후된 느낌은 있는데 위치가 너무 좋고 무엇보다 수영장이 대박입니다!!! 엄청 크고 넓어서 아이도 성인도 놀기 너무 좋아요👍🏻 가성비 대박 숙소로 추천합니다!!

Hotel had a good location and had so much potential to be better than it was Upon check in the room looked not to have been cleaned properly, masses of dust had accumulated on top of the fridge over time, from what I can only assume was from not been cleaned on any room service cleans prior, same with the bathroom extractor unit , covered in dust , both shown in the images attached. Room had scuff marks and stains of the table, balcony area was dirty and clearly never been cleaned, microwave had seen better days and furniture was in need of replacing or a good clean. Room had no hot water so could not shower, was reported twice and whilst it was fixed on the 2nd call out, water was lukewarm at best . Only shampoo was given but no shower gel. The pool area you are entitled to use a maximum of 2 hrs a day, you rove even need 5 minutes , the area is in need of a maintenance overhaul and is a danger zone waiting to happen, was advised they do have a maintenance team which begs the question , where are they. Firstly not one sun longer was out by the pool So there was nowhere to leave any of your stuff, when asked I was advised ohh due to an earlier storm we removed them all, strange as not one other hotel in the area had done this as I visited 3 of them prior, all had loungers out. Plus the stom was no longer around so if it’s safe enough to open the pool why isn’t it safe enough to have loungers. The sheer mention of them quoting health and safety at the pool area yuh was ironic as the pool area is its self a disaster waiting to happen, Floor area tiles around the pool were very loose and sticking out, sharp corners raised edges , many pool tiles missing, it’s only a matter of time before someone hurts themself, can be seen in the attached photos If I come back I’ll choose the area just not the hotel.

まあまあ綺麗。快適には過ごせる。 シーツ、タオルのシミが目立つ。きっと汚れがとれていないんだろう。 お部屋自體は全體的に綺麗だが、完璧を求める人にとっては向かないかもしれない。ある程度妥協できる人なら十分すぎるクォリティ。 コスパ良い

The location is good because its near the terminal and you can find different restaurants near by, even a grocery store is just outside the hotel so its really convenient. The room is also clean and spacious. We book a studio type room so there’s a mini kitchen and a washing machine (but there is an extra charge if you want to use the washing). We dont have much picture inside the room but I included a picture outside the hotel and the view outside the balcony.

何時もマクタンニュータウンを訪れた時に利用させて頂いております 立地面や利便性がとても良いです ただ老朽化の為かシャワーやセーフティボックスの故障があって部屋を無理言って変えて頂きました とても親切なスタッフばかりで安心できます また利用します 何時もありがとうございます

It was an average condo hotel I thought its an nice hotel But its just a condo hotel With no food facilites Anyway the room was good View was nice but not good as expected😔

The attendant was very welcoming and informative. Great location near groceries and restos. The kitchen is functional so we got to cook our own food🥰 we enjoyed our stay.

방 2개를 잡았어요. 이 방에서 또한 Mr. 바선생님께서 친절히 기다리고 계셨습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 룸청소도 매일 해 주시고 만족했습니다. 앞으로 Mr. 바 선생님의 친절한 미소는 해당 호텔 결정에 중요한 요소가 될 겁니다.

5日間滯在しました。 ロケーション最高！プール広くて綺麗！ メイドさんが清掃してくれますが、 お部屋は埃が多いです。テーブルは拭いてくれません。バスタブも洗ってくれません。蟻とゴキブリが常にいます。 タオルは5日のうち1日しか提供されませんでした。 タオル、シーツは薄汚れています。雑巾のようなタオルとバスマット。シーツはシミ殘りがあります。 このようなリネンでも、シーツやタオルにシミをつけると別料金が発生します。 洗濯機は、使用料金が必要です。洗濯機の上は、鳥のフンだらけです。 セーフティーBOXを使用するには、電池を準備しないと使えません。 時計は、電池を交換して無いので止まっています。 水圧の低さと水の濁りは、cebuの標準的です。 隣の住人は、晝は扉を開けっぱなしです。テレビの音量が大きくてうるさいです

トイレ、風呂、洗面所が別々で、トイレットペーパーもあって流すことができてよかったです。ヘアドライヤーがあったのも嬉しかったです。こっちの英語力が拙くてもホテルの人が丁寧に分かりやすく伝えてくれて、すごく助かりました。プールも綺麗で、1番深いところは150cmくらい？ありました。
