L’emplacement est bien, mais les équipements et l’hôtel manquent d’entretien et de maintenance. Le ménage est nul : le premier jour, la chambre était sale. J’ai trouvé des cheveux dans le lit et dans la salle de bain

Idéalement situé, offrant un accès facile à de nombreuses attractions locales. À seulement quelques minutes à pied de la plage, parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter du soleil et de la mer. Had very nice service from the reception staff, allowed us to check-in early and also leave our bags after check-out. The room was on the 14th floor, the rooms are a little tired but not bad for a short stay. The rooms could use soundproofing doors and windows. Pool area on the top floor of the hotel, only accessible by stairs. Offers great 360 view of the city. Location is great, a few minutes from the beach, port area, shopping centre and transportation hub

Location is convenient, hotel room is clean, bed is soft.  Room isolation is bad, swimming pool outdoor at the 25th floor which means lots of wind and cold in winter. My room at 9th floor doesn’t provide bathrobe

Es un hotel bastante antiguo en el centro de la ciudad que lo han reformado, por lo que está bastante bien. El precio es elevado para las instalaciones del hotel pero sí que es cierto que es muy céntrico. Para tema carritos y minusválidos no tienen ascensor para llegar a recepción y se usa un montacargas. Parking no tiene y en recepción te ofrecen un precio más económico por convenio con un parking público cercano aunque realmente el precio es el mismo si lo pagas directamente en el parking

Unless you are guaranteed a room on a high floor I would think twice about staying at this hotel. Despite having a balcony we could not open the doors/windows due to the noise and the dust from the on-going construction work just outside. The work has been on-going for some time and at the time of our stay (end 2023/early 2024) it looked very far from completion (please see photo). We were on the 4th floor facing the port side but you'd need to be much higher to be unaffected by the noise. Separately, I slipped in the bathroom due to a leak from the water pipe which the hotel fixed when I told them. Fortunately I was not hurt but nonetheless it should not have been considered so casually.
