Très mauvaise expérience lors de mon enregistrement à l’hôtel qui m’a fait payer une 2ème fois mon séjour, alors que le paiement avait été réalisé en ligne. L’agent de l’accueil n’était pas du tout compréhensive et insisté sur le fait que le paiement avait été rejeté. Avec beaucoup d’insistance j’ai finalement eu la manager. Le lendemain, celle-ci m’indique effectivement que l’hôtel avait commis une erreur sur le paiement. Donc, le service est nul 👎. Point positive la proximité sur Fremont street, mais la chambre n’est pas insonorisée.

I will definitely be coming back here! I loved my stay. The rooms and hotel are very clean and well taken care of. I love that they have free valet parking; this was MY FAVORITE part and it was very convenient. The location is great and the prices are unbeatable.

Amazing! We had a view where they were shooting fireworks! It’s in a tight area, however so many things to do and eat out at in this area.

We loved our stay here. We got an upgrade with the same rate from our standard booking. Everything was just great! Food, room, location, and entertainment. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

Room was visibly dirty, but the worst part was the valet. I took a photo of my mileage when I dropped it off, and when it got it back it had an extra 30 miles on it..

Fremont Hotel was very nice and very clean. Staff was very courteous. Excellent restaurant inside hotel. Bathroom was on the small side but that didn’t matter to us, it was clean and the shower felt great. I would definitely stay there again.

The location was good. They didn’t tell me that they hold $100 when you book. But that was explained after the fact. The only con was the towel when I arrived had a hair on it. But the housekeeping provided clean towels promptly. The hotel doesnt provide microwaves and we had to go down 2 floors to get ice. There’s no ice machine on the 12th floor.

This is my 2nd stay at this property. Check-in was smooth. I asked for extra towels and they delivered it timely. Valet service is pretty good/ timely (if you have car valet is your only option). Bathroom is a bit small but for the price & location still worth it. The wait time at downstair cafe was a bit long; but Tony Romas and the burger place are great.

這次因為去CES展會 酒店大多數都房滿且漲價不少 所以選擇了這家酒店 總體還算可以。 酒店位於Fremont street experience 附近 晚上很熱鬧 對於睡眠淺的 慎選 喜歡晚上熱鬧的且預算有限的還算是不錯的選擇。 酒店無早餐提供，但下樓大廳內有餐廳選擇。
