利茲凱悅嘉軒酒店 (Hyatt Place Leeds)

設施、服務、位置都非常好。規定是下午3點入住，服務員看我等在大廳，12點多一有房間就提前給我安排入住了。房間大小適宜，各樣設施都比較新，很乾凈。酒店就在利茲火車站近旁，因為施工小繞了一點路，還是很近。十分鐘左右可走到市中心一帶，完美。

很喜歡這酒店，離火車站很近，穿過火車站隧道可達，五分鐘內到了，對火車出行很友好。在市中心邊邊上，走去哪裡都方便，市中心有家喜茶，值得打卡！

酒店位置很好，在利茲火車站隔壁，離利茲市中心很近，方便出行，酒店早餐很固定，很英式。一個人16磅。酒店為啥需要打掃或者需要添加東西一定要給前台説，不然不會主動打掃房間，和國內不一樣。不提供拖鞋，牙刷，牙膏。

Very very good. Like to recommend to my friends. I will like to stay in this hotel again.

Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, and certainly not what I expected from a Hyatt. Checked into my first room late in the evening, tired and just wanting to rest, only to find the shower filthy – dirt, hair, and even a half-used shampoo bottle from the previous guest. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bed wasn’t any better, with marks and hairs all over the sheets. Asked to change rooms, and the second one was no improvement. Shower had hairs again (not great, but I thought I could live with it)… until I checked the bed. Blood stains, hair, and other unidentifiable marks on the sheets and pillows. Even found stickers stuck to the bedding. Completely disgusting. Went back to reception to complain and the staff member spent about half an hour trying to find another room – which made me wonder if there were any clean rooms available at all. For a brand like Hyatt, that’s just shocking. Honestly, even a Travelodge or EasyHotel would’ve been cleaner. To top it off, one of the rooms had a screw sticking out from a cupboard – a genuine safety hazard if you caught your foot on it.

房間設施完善，新裝修，附近有超市，可以煮飯，照片未有更新，有廚房，有咖啡機，電視機很大，有沙發，很方便

因為是週末，利茲的酒店房源比較緊張，我們從其他酒店轉到這裏，這裏的酒店離車站直線距離很近，在車站門前的廣場就能清楚地看到酒店，如果想走捷徑，就需要走一個十來級的階梯，這樣的話就能很快到達酒店。 酒店乾淨整潔，舒適，有USB充電插頭。

Stunning room, great bed, very comfortable. Cannot complain about anything apart from we had an accessible bathroom and my friend had a shower at 2am and water went everywhere. Our room was a big puddle, I had to call for help. Something went wrong with the drainage and water wasn't going down. Also downside was 3 tiny sachets of milk and tiny coffee sachets so we couldn't enjoy our morning coffee in the room. Apart from this, everything was great.
