Staffs are friendly and helpful. Beakfast is good, food keeps at good temperature and speedy refill. The room is small for a family, it size is smaller than other Holiday Inn Express but very clean. We arrived late, ~9pm and our sofa bed was not ready. The staff said our booking was for 2 adults only although we showed him our confirmed email from 永安 was 2A2C. He emphasised this was purely the issue of 永安 but he tried to sort it out for us. The housekeeping has gone home and left no spare bedsheet, pillow, quilt. Finally another man came and grabbed the things from another room or somewhere and prepared the sofabed for us. We appreciated his help.

Good place to stay in leeds, little bit far from city centre but there is good public transport availablity from the location to the city centre

Nice modern hotel, very functional and good value if booked at the right price. Doesn’t offer food in the evenings, but plenty of options nearby. Only drawback was the shower wasn’t that good and out of character to rest of accommodation

價格絕對便宜，開車半小時就可以去約克奧萊的park &ride換乘進城的巴士。房間不算小，很乾凈，停車免費，門口有家餐館，早餐所有的holiday inn都一樣。沒有電梯，上樓需要自己扛行李

I am not happy at all. It was a bad experience. My family was stranded because the hotel booking prices on 永安 do not match their prices. So, my kids were tired, and there was no appropriate room for us. I am really disappointed and the hotel was very dirty too.
