地理位置優越。離火車站5-10分鐘。 去之前前台已經把房卡準備好了，不需要身份證和護照，報名字拿房卡。節省時間。 前台附近有一個小孩玩的遊戲機枱，適合打發時間。

I had a good stay at Novotel Leeds Centre. The staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect - just a 10 minute walk from the train station and close to the city centre. Breakfast could have been better, and my room wasn’t spotless, but overall it was a pleasant experience. I will still recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Leeds for the first time.

Lovely rooms, welcoming and kind staff in general. However there were some minor things that became a little bit of a concern. For example, leaky shower pipe, worn out shower, fridge in room was great but it didn't really make my drinks cold enough, the window was a bit small making the room not lit up enough during the day, even though the tv had WiFi it wasn't a smart tv and I couldn't connect my phone to it. A bit disappointing because it was a large tv lol To make things worse, I was trying to order food at the bar and the person asked me to sit down so that he can take my order from the table. I did that, and he never came back even though he was serving customers seated around me. It was awkward and I was almost amused by it. When I left, he asked me "no food order?" Lol . Anyway, overall it was moderately pleasant would give it 3 out 5

Excellent hotel and really good to get to the centre . From checking in early to checking out, everything was superb ! The staff af reception were among the friendliest we have come across. The room was very clean and a really comfy bed made for an excellent night's sleep. Breakfast was amazing, and as soon as anything ran out, it was replenished straight away. Choices were really good and excellent quality too Definitely recommend this hotel, and we'll definitely be back.

So so glad we chose this place. Wonderful staff - very helpful and professional. Amazing breakfast - even had smoked salmon! Rooms - great comfy bed and has coffee machine and fridge in room. Only downside one small / narrow window so room is quite dark. We will defo be back
