Our stay was pleasant at best. The staff were very helpful but the hotel itself was not the best. We asked for a family room but the sofa bed meant for the 2 kids was barely big enough and was sunk in the middle which meant the kids kept rolling into the middle. The telephone for reception did not work. The small pool was cordoned off and the pool cues had no cue tip so we could not play with them despite having put our money in. You have to book a time slot for swimming (something I was not made aware of till we got to the pool) so again disappointed and had to come up with an alternative plan. The breakfast was delicious though however far cheaper if booked the night before - something I was kit aware until I asked. Overall, not our favourite 永安.

房間比較小，加了一張梳化床，我們一共四個人，兩大兩小，衞生間沐浴露是空的，沒有及時替換，電視衹能看live，窗戶也很難關上，我們4月份去的，不知道空調怎麼樣。朋友反應前台有時打電話態度一般，想要借個充電器或者轉換頭也沒有的。説説優點，泳池雖小，但孩子玩的非常開心，我還去了桑拿房和蒸汽房，外面還有健身器材。酒店的早餐也是正常的英式早餐，香腸有些油。前台在入住時給了兩張冰激凌劵，三個冰激凌球一個小朋友吃還是挺多的，總之，這個性價比還是挺高

In 136 main light not working and 141 room TV not working I spoke with receptionist she said engineer will come next day 9:am. We kids want to do spa and they said you need to be over 16 also they want do do use swimming pool and they said you have book in advance even we saw no one in the pool 5pm

The room is spacious and clean which iI like it very much. The toilet is clean except the water in the bath tub flow very slowly. The water accumulate till my ankle while I was taking my shower . During my stay the heater did not work properly. The air was cold especially during this winter season. Tks.

Very good swimming pool…warm water If you don’t have swimming costumes, you can simply buy there! 15 min driving to Leeds city centre. Reasonable price

Nice enough hotel but with some reservations, the main entrance had work going on and was closed.the signage for the alternative entrance was poor and so difficult to get into the hotel. Once in side (I entered through the health club) there wasn’t ant directions to the reception. Once checked in, the room was decent if a bit of a trek to get to. Upon checking out, again the sign for the barrier code wasn’t easy to spot. I’m sure once all the alterations are complete the hotel will be back to the usual standards found at the average Holiday Inn.
