Very noisy in the morning when the staff set up for breakfast. Playing loud music in the dining area from 5 am onwards. The hotel manager has been helpful in sorting out the issue though

Very clean..cental to everyrhing... It was 11oclock all we could order room service was a 7 inch pizza 14.99..with delivery 5..this was from the hotel menu very dissapointed Other than that a lovely clean hotwl.

Great location, just 5 mins walk from the train station. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Nhu. Breakfast was lovely, great choices. Will definitely be back

Loved my room. Location is conveniently right smack in the city centre. Stayed here for my exam, the centre is right across the road. Clean, spacious room with comfy bed. Checking in was slow because of the traffic of people that just happened to also be checking in the same time i do, but the staff did everything they could to speed things up by opening all counters for checking in. I would stay here again

酒店有點老了 雖然地理位置不錯 在市中心，旁邊就是the light商場 還有室內停車場 但是要付費每天是30鎊 房間也比較老久了 連冰箱和瓶裝水都沒有。浴室的洗手池皮都脱落了 而且住到了套間內的其中一間 一點隔音都沒有
