I've stayed here probably five times now an unfortunately this latest time I was disappointed having paid £400 for four nights, the carpet was heavily stained throughout the room I thought it would've been changed, there were long hairs in the carpet, the bathroom, on the bed, just felt the room was turned around properly for the next guest

酒店房間大小可以，位置亦方便。可以免費泊車。 但衞生情況及設施差。床墊不乾淨，有很多頭髪，起碼有幾十條。浴室的花灑頭漏水。不會再去。

再次入住的旅店，價錢合理，感覺房間維護一般，與兩年前相比舊了許多，清潔程度一般。酒店在服務區內，泊車，購物和吃東西都很方便。

Nic, clean and comfortable hotel. Ideally situated on the M1 but without the traffic noise. Restaurant a bit limited but there’s more eating places in the services. Bar is a bit pricey, but the staff are fantastic and a credit to the company

I was a little hesitant to book this hotel with it being on a service station- how wrong I was. Absolute gem of a place, hotel room was lovely, quiet and clean. Free parking and a 15 minute drive into Leeds. Next door in the service station there is Starbucks, Leon, pizza express, Nando’s, Greggs, M&S etc. will definitely stay again.

This is a really nice hotel and one that i visit frequently with my partner. The staff are friendly, the rooms have everything you’ll need and the lovation is perfect with shops next to it

Pour un hôtel de 3 étoiles, la propreté de la chambre n'était pas au top. J'ai signalé une anomalie au niveau de l'aération du wc très bruyante conséquent sommeil perturbé durant 2 jours, sans pouvoir la réparé. Le service journalier du nettoyage de chambre n'existe pas. Ma chambre n'a pas été touché durant 3 jours de séjour.
