I booked this room for members of my family, in your avdverting for the property. it said the room had a desk , but when my family arrived there was no desk, and the room was absolutely filthy, so my family had to pay for an up grade to a better room , but also on arrival ,that room was also dirty and covered in dust, so iam i happy with that place, absolutely not, i certainly wont be using that hotel again m.sowden

We booked this hotel for 1 night stay in Legaspi City. Opun check in the receptionest ask for 300pesos as per hotel protocol I dont know for what but doesn't stated in the booking and we book two rooms so we paid 600 hundred pesos. The room for me is so clean the only problem is there is no lock on toilet, bidet is not working properly also the heater. But for someone looking for cheaper hotel this hotel is okay for only one night stay to relax overall is good for me.

Excellent location, price very affordable, it is clean, and the staff is very helpful. In front of the hotel there is a very delicious fried chicken store, so delicious!
