This is the 3rd time that the heater is broken. The pool is super hazardous. My son got a 6 inches wound on his leg. Food is also the WORST. they have a corkage of the food you buy outside but they don’t improve their food! Rooms are not cheap! So disappointed

The Oriental, is such a perfect hotel to stay when it comes to seeing Mt. Mayon in your balcony view and when you have your eat! What I like for this hotel is they have plenty of parking spaces, hospitable and warm staffs, the amenities are complete and the room is so clean. The food are nice too.

My experience was so terrible, it caused so much disappointment. The wifi connection is very bad, there’s a water interruption and they cannot even provide, the lobby was extremely hot, the linen smells bad and most of the sink is clogged. NOT A 4 star experience for this expensive hotel.

The hotel was generally good clean, comfortable, and with friendly staff. However, I was quite disappointed that there was no water supply during our stay. We had to call reception just to get a bucket of water, which was very inconvenient. Hopefully, this can be resolve soon because everything else was nice.

The Front Desk Officer named Vanessa Bataller together with one female and male are not accommodating. I waited for ten minutes for them to arrive. One staff in orange uniform keeps on following us even in the bathroom and it is so weird. The room is big but there were lots of cockroaches in the table and glass door. The guy in the picture with glasses asked us if we have a booked room otherwise we are not allowed to go inside since there are artists who checked-in. So rude and unprofessional.

Booked for two rooms, staff assigned us far from each other. One room smells terrible. Service is bad, inattentive staff. Waited for more than an hour for 1 room to be ready. No coffee table and chair at the terrace for us to enjoy the view. Water heater is not functioning well for both rooms. Location and the view is good. Breakfast is ok.

這是黎牙實比最好的酒店了吧，在一座比較高的山上，需要走盤山路才能到。酒店離羅賓遜超市很近，開窗戶就能看見馬榮火山。還可以俯瞰到黎牙實比全景。 如果下次再去黎牙實比還會選這家酒店的~
