The FO staff were all friendly and helpful. Although the inn is on the 3rd flr of the building, a kind man helped us carry our luggages, and the magnificent Mayon can be clearly seen from there. I liked my stay there especially because it is near to Gaisano Mall, SM Mall, Yashano, Pacific Mall, and the Sento Hotel where my training was held. Plus, there’s a food park just next to the building. It was literally near to everything domestic travelers needed to go.

I stayed in Room 306 on August 5, 2025, and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. There was a constant noise coming from the circuit breaker that was extremely disturbing, especially at night. It was so loud that we couldn’t rest or sleep properly. Although the receptionist came to check, nothing was done to fix the issue. After trying to sleep, we eventually gave up and checked out early at 2:00 a.m. because the noise was unbearable. Very disappointing stay, and I hope the management addresses this issue for future guests.

Near pacific mall and sa centro. May small lounge area na pwede ka bumili ng 3 in 1 coffee, softdrinks in can, nissin cup noodles, and other snacks. May water dispenser din sila. Friendly ang mga staff.. Malinis ang room and CR. May free wifi, cable tv sa room, towel, airconditioned room.. May libre din na body wash, shampoo, tissue and liquid hand wash sa CR.. May hot n cold shower.. Located sila sa 3rd floor.. Kaya kung may mabigat kang dala ay pwede ka magpatulong sa staff kasi wala silang elevator.. Overall, isa ito sa marerecommend kung accommodation sa legazpi.

It looks old. I specifically request for a no corner room but still got on the corner room tho it’s near to the stairs. Head shower is not working and the doors are old that it’s hard to open or close it. The bedsheets are so dirty.. there are visible stains, same with the pillowcases.. and it’s really itchy. I’m not really sure if it was a new one or what. I had a hard time sleeping cuz I can hear the people outside.. it’s too noisy.

It's walking distance from Pacific Mall, Ayala and SM. It's on the 3rd floor of China Bank and there are few rooms but the room is clean with hot and cold shower, toiletries, clean towels and AC. I highly recommend

Upon check in i requested for an upgrade of room. Although it was granted, the upgraded room has a broken hot shower, no bath towels, no body was and no shampoo. Good thing we have extra towels with us and just bought the soap and shampoo. For that upgrade i still paid for the difference of rate. Instead of upgrade, we even downgraded. The management did nothing, at all!

The place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.

清潔な部屋とフレンドリーなスタッフのおかげで、快適に滯在できました。 近隣にナイトマーケットがあり、飲食には困らないと思います。 広々とした部屋とリネン、お湯がちゃんと出るシャワーがあります。 ペットボトルの水はありませんが、給水機があるので飲み水に困りません。
