Was not given the amount of beds I booked and paid for and the attitude of the reception desk man was disgusting. 11pm I arrived and he expected my children to sleep on the floor ! Shocking customer service GAZ

Was not great, they close the top portion of the overpass overnight so if you are not there by vehicle then you are screwed, as you won’t be able to leave or head out past 9pm, I had to cancel my job I was on because they told me they would not let me back to get to the hotel past 10pm! Hotel should not even be open if they are doing that

Its a good and pleasant hotel staff extremely friendly and polite. WiFi was good only downfall was we couldn't use our ps4 for netflix. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

永安 generated two bookings at once and had to pay double for one room without ever getting my money back. Shame on you 永安 saying it’s my fault and basically lying and keeping my money
