The staff at the reception desks were always helpful and friendly. We felt welcome when we arrived. We were pleased that we could use the pool, but was surprised that hotel guests are only allowed to use the pools in the morning between 8 and 9.30am, as the rest of the day, usage of the facility became part of a payable spa experience open to public. I do not think that was clear online during the booking, and on the whole, this has never been experienced in any other hotels we'd come across. The view of the city from the windows in our room was excellent. The environment within the hotel has been calm and quiet.

Het hotel ligt tegen de achterzijde van het Centraal Station aan. Receptie op de 12e etage. Bij het boeken stond er een SPA en sauna + zwembad maar dit alles was alleen zonder badkleding te doen. Ook geen andere badpakdagen. Helaas. Sauna enz is een eigen andere organisatie. Dat bepaalt het hotel dus niet. Kamer zonder koelkast of koeling / coolbar. Maar kamer o.a. douche enz verder prima !! Goed bed. Redelijk zacht matras. Goede koffie ! Vriendelijk en goed ontvangst.

ライデン中央駅から歩いて直ぐの場所にあり、とても便利です。フロントが高層階にあるためはじめは戸惑うかもしれませんが、マップで建物をよく確認の上、建物の案內表示を見れば問題ありません。部屋はとても快適で、プールや、有料のサウナなども建物內にありとてもよい時間を過ごすことができました。

Top locatie en mooi hotel. Enige nadeel als hotelgast kun je alleen van 8.00 tot 09.30 gebruik maken van het zwembad anders moet je dagentree wellness betalen.

It is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. It is good and practical to explore Leiden and get to Schiphol airport. Rooms are big enough for two persons. This time we stayed on the 11th floor. It is more cumbersome to get there as you have to change elevators, but the room was more spacious. The newly renovated reception looks good.

Great hotel in a central location of Leiden, near the old town centre and near central train station, which is only a 11 minutes train ride from the Hague. Parking available.

Only one socket for charging in the room, bed mattress is poor quality a collapsed one, toilet door has big gap visible from the room lacking privacy, only paper cups were provided in the room, need to get normal cups from reception

房間的佈置，床連寫字枱，有點怪，衞生間的淋浴沒有簾子。不過，荷蘭人的想法不能按常理出牌。在一幢大樓的91011層，12樓是前台，同時也是spa的接待，但有些房間不在前台的那個電梯位置。需要到10樓穿過去有點難找。大樓就在火車站的隔壁，出行比較方便。萊頓就像一個童話王國，很有特色。值得一遊。

Echt een aanrader! Super mooie hotel met heerlijke spa erbij. Loopafstand van de station en de centrum. Netjes , schoon en heerlijk ontbijt.Ik kom zeker weer terug.

房間很大，床也很大，適合出差。採光和視野很好，我住的這間聽不到火車的噪聲。如果自帶浴袍和泳衣，可以去酒店的泳池游泳。不過開放的時間有限制，跟出差日程沖突，所以沒有看到。另外，如果住的樓層不是10樓，需要走很長的路在十樓中轉換電梯。
