特別的好，第二次入住了

Meine Tochter und ich haben uns sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Zimmer (zum „Garten“) ruhig, gute Größe, Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Unaufgeregter aufmerksamer Service. Umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück. Die Lage direkt gegenüber der Thomaskirche ist phänomenal.

Allerbeste Lage

Not a great experience overall. Location is not directly off any public transportation line so bear in mind lugging luggage on cobblestone can be very taxing. Service was slow at check-in. Only one staff was there in the evening, and a short queue formed to check-in while waiting for the staff to get off the phone. At check-in, room was automatically assigned via iPad, which was not a courtyard view as advertised on 永安, but rather a view of the garbage dump (from room 101). Went back down to ask for a change of room, and 45 frustrating minutes later, the front desk said it was because of the room category and “offered to upgrade” for 20 euros additional per night. After travelling for a long time, I didn’t want to waste any more time with a back and forth as to why 永安 advertised a courtyard view, and the hotel gave me a garbage dump view instead, so I obliged. The new room however, was much better with a view of the Thomaskirche opposite, a lot more internal space, and a mini kitchenette.

The hotelbis unstaffed after 8pm without forwarding nor any indication upon late arrival of how to get in. The rooms are spacious, but It was not cleaned nor bed made up during my stay. The location is fine but foresee 20 to 30 min to get a taxi.
