The hotel is very old and extremely dirty. Maintenance is terrible — the bathroom and toilet were very unclean, and the sewage drain in the toilet was blocked. The bedsheets were filthy, and the whole room smelled of unbearable dampness. There is absolutely no ventilation in the entire hotel. All windows are permanently sealed, which makes the humidity and bad smell even worse. This is unacceptable, especially considering that the area of Bandung has fresh air and cool weather, but inside the room it was suffocating. Very disappointing stay.

酒店外裹不一，房間設施破損不碪，未有維修。燈光昏暗，骯髒到像公厠。牆上多處發黴，花灑極污糟。真的不要入住。

Old hotel with huge rooms but the bathtub is yellowish not clean n also the towels. Ac is cold n breakfast lot of variety but the cantonese fried rice is tasteless n only mix with egg. I book the deluxe room n i saw that there was no more mini fridge in the room but when i complain to the reception they brought the mini fridge to my room. According to the reception that in deluxe room there will b no more mini fridge. Its time for Horizon hotel bdg to b renovate.
