Location is good, but Poor cleaning service, smelly room, old towel n smelly.. toilet a bit dirty, poor safety in room door key and big hole into the door.. room was big…room a bit old, and bajet hotel.

Booked the suite for three nights, thinking the amenities within matched my needs. When I reached in the evening and upon entering the room, I was greeted by a huge cockroach just outside the toilet. The toilet had a smell that wouldn't go despite daily housekeeping and me buying an air freshener, and the shower water flow was inconsistent. Third evening, came back to find another huge cockroach at the toilet sink and two small ones at the shower area. The A/C in the dining area leaked, and there was a puddle on the floor. There's no concierge or anyone to assist with my luggages, despite having to go up and down a small flight of stairs to reach my suite. I hope the hotel looks into making improvements.

Dekat dengan pasar cihapit. Kalau malam ada streetfood banyakk bgt kurleb 600m dari hotel. Disamping hotel ada nasi goreng enak juga. Lokasi lumayan oke. Cuma sayang bgt di kamar ngga ada bidet, air dr wc kurang kencang. Jd tiap buang air selalu merasa kurang bersih. Kasur lumayan besar. Sayang tidak ada kulkas.

pas awal pesen sdh request untuk dikamar yg no smoking tapi ternyata malah dikasih kamar yg smoking jadi pas masuk kamar langsung bau rokok dan resepsionis nya juga ga konfirmasi kalau kamar no smoking nya kosong, harusnya kan konfirmasi dulu mobil saya juga tiba2 ada baret karena parkir nya valet tapi untuk harga, cukup terjangkau, harga 300k an dengan bathub
