見天會館 (Jiantian Guild Hall)

非常滿意的一次體驗 老闆很熱情，房間不算很大但是設施齊全，住的很舒服！整個民宿的環境都很不錯，早餐去旁邊的米線店吃

位置真的太絕了，不管是去景區還是逛老街都超方便，步行幾分鐘就能到，周邊小吃店、超市一應俱全，出行覓食毫無壓力。一進房間就被治癒到，木質傢俱搭配暖黃燈光，佈置得温馨又有格調，完全不像住店，反倒像在朋友家一樣自在。最打動我的是衞生細節，床品雪白柔軟沒有一絲異味，衞生間乾爽無死角，連角落都乾乾淨淨，潔癖星人表示極度舒適。 老闆和店員都特別熱情貼心，提前主動溝通入住事宜，到店後還耐心給我們推薦當地小眾景點和避坑美食，連路線都幫着規劃好，完全沒有距離感。房間設施也很齊全，空調靜音不吵，熱水充足，網速飛快，晚上關窗後特別安靜，旅途疲憊一掃而空，睡了個超安穩的覺。 清晨推開窗能聞到清新的空氣，傍晚在客棧的公共區域坐一坐，喝杯老闆泡的茶，愜意又放鬆。從位置、衞生到服務，每一處都透着用心，性價比直接拉滿！已經推薦給身邊要去的朋友，下次來一定還選這裏～

酒店位置在古城木府門口，出行非常方便有辨識度，酒店裝修風格也很不錯，每個房間門口可以坐着聊天看天空，也挺愜意的。唯一比較不適應的洗漱空間的設施不方便。

麗江閨蜜遊.選對客棧太加分！木府旁的拂柳會館直接戳中我們的心巴～納西族四房五天井的院落超出片，流水繞着青石板，隨手拍都是古風大片。一樓茶室能免費喝滇紅茶，我們抱着茶盞聊到傍晚，頂樓觀景台還拍到了雪山配古城的絕美日落。前台小姐姐給的攻略超實用，推薦的臘排骨火鍋人均幾十吃到撐，下次姐妹再聚還住這！

來麗江旅遊，我有幸入住了木府拂柳會館客棧，這真是一次令人難忘的住宿體驗。 客棧的位置得天獨厚，就在麗江古城中心木府邊上。雖然身處古城熱鬧地帶，但卻鬧中取靜。從主街道進入一條短短的巷子，就能看到客棧，周邊還有忠義市場，各種特色小吃和水果讓人應接不暇。 客棧由著名香港設計師操刀，是納西傳統建築與新中式的完美結合。一進院子，就被那充滿納西風情的四房五天井佈局吸引，花草綠植點綴其間，十分養眼。頂樓的觀景台更是一大亮點，在這裏可以俯瞰古城的青瓦白牆，天氣好的時候還能看到遠處的玉龍雪山。 房間佈置得温馨舒適，細節處盡顯用心。我住的二樓露台房，推開窗就是一幅美麗的古城畫卷，清晨還能被陽光和鳥鳴叫醒，非常治癒。床品柔軟舒服，熱水充足且水温穩定，洗漱用品也有淡淡的植物清香。 客棧的服務更是無可挑剔。從下車那一刻起，老闆就早早在古城入口等着，幫忙拎行李，還一路介紹古城的小知識。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住時會分享各種實用的旅遊攻略，比如哪裡的納西臘排骨火鍋最地道，哪裡看日落最美等。老闆也十分貼心，不僅幫忙抬行李、送行李 在這裏，我不僅擁有了舒適的住宿環境，還感受到了家一般的温暖。如果下次再來麗江，我一定還會選擇木府拂柳會館客棧，也強烈推薦給各位來麗江旅遊的朋友。

由於古城的路都是石板路不好走，老闆會拖着小拖車來給我們接行李，這一點就非常友好，而且老闆人很友善，樂於助人，給我們在古城遊玩很多建議讓我們避坑～

老闆娘非常熱情，及時熱情地給我解答各種問題，還會告訴我旅遊指南以及那裡可以買水果哪裡有哪裡有特色小吃哪裡有夜市等等

Despite the room being grand, well-decorated, and with nice lighting (aside from a very dirty sink, pictured), I was severely disappointed with the service and honesty at this hotel. I’m honestly shocked at the number of good reviews, because this was the most expensive stay of our Yunnan 永安 — yet by far the worst of the four hotels we stayed at. Mind you, I travelled with a friend who could speak mandarin and yet all this happened. Misleading information on 永安: The listing stated they could cater for vegetarians. This is untrue. I contacted the hotel weeks in advance, even before booking, to confirm. They repeatedly said yes. In reality, the only thing they served me was vegetables boiled in salt water — we did not use the breakfast vouchers for the next 2 nights. When 永安 contacted the hotel about this misinformation, the owner told them I was “too strict” and refused to refund the unused breakfasts. This is simply dishonest. Vegetarian means no meat or meat-based broth, which I clarified in detail, even sending them a Chinese translation. They only point the innkeeper showed interest in ever understanding what vegetarian means was on the very last day, during checkout, when I mentioned my vegetarian friends bring tour groups of 20 — suddenly, then, the boss said he would “personally cook.” Why not take it seriously from the start? Why were no meals made for me then if you clearly had the ability to do so? Other inaccurate claims on the listing: Free ironing service: False. I asked in person before leaving for the airport, and the owner admitted they didn’t have it. 24-hour desk reception: False. Half the time nobody was at the front desk. The boss was only sometimes reachable on WeChat, and I think this is what he means by "24-hour desk reception". Once again when 永安 contacted him, he denied it. I have sent 永安 video proof as well. If it was one mistake, it would be fine, but there are so many things promised on the listing that was not there in real life. Smoke-free level: False. There are only two levels, and level 2 balconies had ashtrays and were INWARD facing. So there were guests who were smoking on their balcony and since its inward facing the smoke was reaching us as our balcony is literally adjacent to theirs and all facing the inner stairs. The owner himself was smoking with non-hotel guests in his personal office, which is at the entrance when you step into the hotel, so smoke drifts into public spaces. Overall, there was zero effort made to resolve these issues. Language barrier is not the excuse — my travel companion speaks Chinese, and 永安 also spoke to the owner directly. Yet he continued to deny the problems and blame the guest. We were so disappointed we even considered leaving after the first night. If you are vegetarian, sensitive to smoke, or simply value honesty, I strongly recommend choosing another accomodation.

奶思奶思奶思～重要的事情説三遍～不管是服務、環境還是房間設施設備都非常好，雖然衹入住了一天，老闆到古城門口接，泡茶聊天，介紹古城的特點，無一不透露出這家民宿是家既有格調又有情懷的地方，讓人感到温馨🙌整個裝修風格主打一個“靜”，房間門口的小陽台很喜歡，下午坐在外面泡壺茶，發發呆，絕了～

La personne qui nous a accueilli était extrêmement plaisante, bienveillante et efficace. Il a porté nos bagages à travers les rues pavées et nous a conseillé un bon restaurant. L'hôtel est superbe et très bien placé. Les rues de Lijiang résonnent des concerts qui ont lieu dans tous les bars mais aucun bruit dans la chambre. La terrasse est très agréable, on y passerait la journée s'il n'y avait pas tant de choses à voir à Lijiang et autour.
