The hotel us just right in front of the Olaias Metro Station. It is very convenience to travel from the Airport and in town. It is very fast by the Metro. The room is in good size for traveling and visiting. The breakfast is good and enough for us with good coffee. Things are well attended。 If we found the air conditioner was not working properly, the night receptionist will come to our room immediately to help us. When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. When.we went in the first room it was on the 6th.floor, there was no view at all. I then returned to request changing room, the a room on 11th floor was given. She said if you want to change for higher floor, you have to said to my manager, she is off today. So the next morning, I asked the manager, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room on higher floor to get rid of the two sided walls. To what I believe us that if the young receptionist presented in a more friendly way, and offer her services to request her manager rather than asking the customer to approach her manager directly. So far we are happy with our stay and hopefully the hotel could improve the customer services with the young lady receptionist.

Staff are helpful. We need to change hotels early in the morning and surprisingly, we were allowed to check-in and have access to the room earlier than stated. We had trouble with the safe, and staff came promptly to settle it. The only setback for us was towel was a little bit old.

Very nice Hotel, clean, complimentary water everyday, good location very close to the metro which makes travel more convenient to Lisbon and Oriente. Taxis are cheap but would recommend metro specially if would use day pass. Stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast, impressed with housekeeping cleanliness, breakfast was good items running out but do understand as it’s a busy hotel.  Would highly recommend.

The location is good, with easy access from the transport network! Service can improve in certain areas of the hotel! Dinner was ok, ish... having a la carte menu on my first night? Didn't feel valued, as the dishes lacked a bit of flair, and when my drink arrived, l was nearly puted off of it, by being told the drink was crap and the member of staff who served it? Would never have chosen that!!! ( But never offered alternative drink!!! ) So, on that? Service needs improvement, please!!! Waited a long time between starter and main corse, too! That sayed?!!! On my second day, l was served by JOÃO, who is, in my opinion, a very well experienced member of staff with a high standard and knowledge of the work we provide. He went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a guest. Please, everyone? Follows JOÃO leadership and service definitely will be in a much better place!!! THANK YOU JOÃO for the service you provided me. In all, l will return to the hotel on my next visit to Lisboa. ( l will be back!!!) 😎 🥳

家庭房很大，有兩間，套房類似了。雖然酒店有一定的年代感，但是衞生維護得很好，早上的早餐也很好吃。麪包類特別是牛角包，酥軟鬆脆，真的太好吃了，我願稱之為人生牛角包！！稍微離市區遠了點，不過地鐵很方便，葡萄牙打bolt價格也很合理！圖一是酒店陽台望出去的夕陽，可以看到北大西洋。

Metro station is just beside the hotel. The king suite with river view has two bedrooms, very spacious and good for three of us. Nice staffs, good breakfast. The amenities are outdated but quite clean.

房間挺大，也很安靜，酒店服務很好，早餐豐富，大堂吧的芝士漢堡非常好吃。酒店位置不錯，交通方便，如果喜歡city walk的話，40多分鐘可以走到市中心，比如自由大道。

Ramada by Wyndham Lisbon is an excellent choice for those visiting the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near a metro station, with food stalls and a cold storage market nearby. Overall, it’s a great hotel and highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

里斯本大部分酒店都比較的歐式老舊的風格，華美達就在地鐵口去機場和舊城區都非常的方便，酒店內部也比較90年代風格，不過衞生還算可以，前台也非常的熱情
