Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und hatten ursprünglich die kleinste Zimmerkategorie gebucht. Zu unserer großen Freude wurden wir bei unserem siebentägigen Aufenthalt ganz unkompliziert auf ein geräumiges Zimmer umgebucht – ein wirklich toller Service! An dieser Stelle ein großes Dankeschön an Steven!  Insgesamt waren wir rundum sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, überzeugt aber durch seine sehr gute Pflege und Sauberkeit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die durchweg freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter, die unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter und kommen bei Gelegenheit definitiv wieder!

這是第二次入住這個酒店了！位置很優越，離最近的地鐵不足百米。早餐營養和品種也都很齊全，服務也很好，推薦！ 前台Steven 是三年前入住時就認識的小夥子，熱情周到！還有一個女孩也認出我，還説記得我留給她的小禮物（連我自己都忘了）！ 如果還有機會再去里斯本，一定會選擇住這家酒店的。

Not one to leave a bad review, but leaky shower with water flowing out, and very dark dingy room with a wall as the view. - which was sold as “city view” Asked for an extension as catching a late flight- was offered to either pay full price for another night (20 hours) or half day price but for only 4 hours. Reason being the room can be sold, but they had 11 empty rooms available. We paid half day rate for 5 hours, only to find the room was not booked or sold- front desk staff were friendly enough except a couple of them. Big greedy hotel chain. And out of principle will not be staying at any of the chain again. Good location, but do your due diligence before booking and paying- There are better hotels out here 2.5 star at best.

This hotel is in an excellent location on a very popular street that leads to ocean views. Despite it being in this area, my room was surprisingly very quiet. Service is nice and friendly. The only downside was that when taking the shower I had to be careful because the hot water was way too hot and required constant adjustments to stay at a good temperature.
