里斯本服務式公寓 - 莫拉里亞 (LSA Mouraria by Numa)

Lo mejor sin duda alguna la chica de la limpieza llamada Celia y sus compañeras que nos ayudaron en todo momento durante el check in y a la hora de dejar nuestras maletas en la consigna. Genial el equipo de limpieza ,buen trabajo y gracias .

之前沒有查看既往評論，下單踩坑了。如其他點評所言，周邊環境極其惡劣，首先不能坐車直達，需要3分鐘窄巷上坡步行。前後分別有兩條巷子可通，但都臟亂差險：垃圾、狗屎、尿騷、流民，令人提心吊膽。唯一好處是離市中心近，步行7-8分鐘可達。

預訂後無法改簽和退訂，雖然是提前標出，但是我是在到達日期前兩天溝通改簽。服務和人性化不達標！

Arnaque nous avons voyager à deux mais ils nous ont fait payer des taxes pour 4 personnes. L’hôtel ne veux rien savoir en plus de ça nous avons été dérangé par divers bruit travaux + alarme incendie en plein milieu de la nuit. C’était une très mauvaise expérience. Bref ça ne vaux pas ce prix et entreprise pas honnête

처음 찾기가 어려웠는데 내 실수도 있었고 근데 시설이 너무 좋고 청결하기가 고급 호텔 수준 입니다 셀프 체크인 해야하는데 직원 있을때는 도와 주십니다 지금 다른 호텔로 옮겄는데 후회 막심하고 있습니다

Eu e me marido amamos fiquei um pouco receosa pois vi muitos comentários sobre a região onde encontra os apartamentos e assim não vi nada de mais sobre “os homens na escada” só estavam bebem e se divertindo nem nos olharam e nem muito nos intimidaram e olha que chegamos bem tarde pois saímos para curti um pouco. O apartamento é excelente super limpo cheiroso impecável .

The apartment itself was comfortable, and the building itself felt secure. The everyday cleaning was a nice touch, this set up combined the convenient amenities of an apartment (the kitchen and washing machine) with some of the perks of a hotel stay (bed made for you, fresh towels) In order to access the street that the apartment is on, you need to walk past a stairwell where men like to conglomerate. We had no trouble from them, but can appreciate that this may feel intimidating. I’d recommend this accommodation in a heartbeat to groups of mixed gender (as we were) or a boys 永安, but may think again if a girls 永安 or young families.

I won’t recommend this apartment though it is only less than 10 mins walk from the Martim Moniz metro station and the city centre. The apartment is located at the back alley of some old buildings. There were a lot of homeless people and wanderers at both ends of the alleys. The most unacceptable thing was that the alley was stinky with the very bad smell of urine and garbage. Since the apartment is inside the alley that car cannot go inside, even we took Uber, we still need to walk 2-min from either end of the alley to the apartment. Unfortunately we were assigned with a room on the ground level of the 4-storey apartment. To be exact, the room was slightly below ground level, meaning that we could see the feet of the people walking on the street through the 2 windows of our room. It was also a bit noisy when people talked on the street, parked their bicycle right at the windows of our room. Obviously we couldn’t open our windows or curtains, meaning that it was like staying in a room without windows. We have asked for a change of room. Since we were staying there for 7 nights, we also didn’t mind to change for only a few nights in the middle of the stay, however we were not provided with any option to change our room even though we booked this apartment 4 MONTHS ago (not the last minute customers). Besides, the sound proofing of the apartment was bad. We could hear everyone talking outside. Since it’s the ground floor unit, there were more people passing by and going up to different floors and in and out the building, all sounds were quite annoying especially during the late night. Among the 7 nights, there were also 2 nights having some sorts of alarm in the mid nights for over 30 minutes. All these issues were very disturbing too. Adding to it, the bed and pillows of the apartment were too hard and not comfortable to us. We didn’t have any good sleep unfortunately. Nevertheless the interior of the apartment was fine, spacious and clean. Decoration was modern, daily house-keeping was also fine. There were aircon, washer and dryer, a basic coffee filter machines but not Nespresso coffee machine.

숙소 너무 좋고 센트로고 여기저기 주요 관광지와 가까움 밤에 들어오기에 골목이 조금 무서운데 그거빼고 다 좋아요 만족합니다 추천하는 숙소에요

房間真的很不錯….乾淨衞生每天都給收拾而且是公寓的形式 餐具啊、熱水壺、甚至還有鍋碗盆….做飯都可以！但如果是女生的話不推薦定這家！首先位置是在廣場旁邊的衚衕裏，地鐵口出來要扛着箱子爬很多台階就算了 那些轉彎處有些真的又黑還有emm…尿騷味….沒有前台，衹有一個機器自己辦理自助值機，如果英文完全不行的話也不要定！！
