The hotel is somewhat distant from all metro stations. If you have large luggage, navigating the pebble-paved streets can be quite challenging, so taking an Uber or taxi is highly recommended. Upon arrival, we enjoyed delicious welcome desserts in the room. The amenities include a kettle for boiling water and a complimentary bottle of water. But no tooth paste, tooth brushes or slippers are provided. The water pressure in the shower was weaker than I’d prefer, and the bathroom sink counter is too small, making it difficult to place items. Handwashing often resulted in water splashing everywhere. On the positive side, the bed was very spacious, which we greatly appreciated. Luggage storage is free. Luggage is kept in the luggage room and have to wait for the staff to open the door to get the luggage. There are sometimes only 1 staff in the front desk and if you are in a hurry and if no one happens to be in the reception area, you may have to prepare more time for this. We have waited around 10 mins.

A localização é satisfatória, mas de noite fica complicado pela distância até ao metro. O quarto atribuído ficava nas águas furtadas, não tinha sofá como descrito e faltava a cama extra que rapidamente foi colocada. É confortável, mas acreditava ser melhor. Muito simples. O WC é bonito e limpo mas os silicones e borrachas precisam de ser mudados. O pequeno almoço é satisfatório ou mesmo bom, mas também desiludiu. Falta fruta, por exemplo. Ou seja, seria um bom 3*. Os funcionários são mesmo 5*, aí de facto são do melhor que já experimentei. Talvez pelo serviço de atendimento, acredito que poderei repetir.
