地理位置還可以，到老城區也是十多分鐘的路程，還是比較方便，旁邊就是火車站，對於坐火車去其它地方是很方便，早餐還是可以，品種也多，但房間確實太小，而且洗澡的水壓也不夠，早上是沒有熱水的。

千萬不要定這家聖阿波羅尼亞艾迪託裏河畔酒店The Editory Riverside Santa Apolónia Hotel，當地最大的五星級酒店，名不副實，極端黑心和跋扈！服務態度差不説，在航班遇到機器故障導致無法飛行，並因聖誕假期航班極少，而導致第三天才通航班從瑞典前往葡萄牙的非人為可抗的外力因素下，我們在第一時間打酒店電話告知詳情要求改期入住。酒店客服惡狠狠用英語説：我管不了，你去找代理商（即永安）。永安配合我們也在第一時間和我都多次聯繫酒店預訂部，並附上荷蘭航空開具的證明。讓人覺得荒謬的是：該酒店一直置之不理，直到我的訂單完成之後才開始回覆永安：不能改期，不能退款。 我用自己的親身經歷，告誡看到評論的每位旅客：千萬不要被大牌子和五星等級這種表象所欺騙！太坑人了！這家酒店是典型的店大欺客。價格很貴2310元人民幣兩晚即1265元/每晚，服務極差，異常黑心。 Do NOT book The Editory Riverside Santa Apolónia Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal! It's the largest five-star hotel locally; it’s very expensive, but it provides the worst service that I have ever experienced. What makes me fully disappointed is not just the terrible service, but also it's extremely exploitative and arrogant attitude. Due to a mechanical failure that prevented our flight from Sweden to Portugal, and the extremely limited flights during the Christmas week （resulting in a three-day delay）, we can not arrive in Portugal on time, and the earliest flight we can arrive is on the third day. We immediately called the hotel to explain the situation and request a rescheduling or refund. The hotel customer service representative rudely told us in English on the phone, "I can't do anything, but you must contact your agent （永安）." Actually, my travel agency company, 永安, contacted the hotel's reservation department multiple times to request a rescheduling and refund. I also submitted the flight company KLM's certificate to them. What's absurd is that the hotel ignored us until my booking was completed, then replied to 永安: no rescheduling, no refund. The hotel did it on purpose to miss out on the time to reschedule. Based on my personal experience, I warn you kindly: Don't be fooled by the big brand and five-star rating! It's a total rip-off! A classic case of a large company abusing its customers. The price is exorbitant—3310 Sek/310 Euro/2310 RMB for two nights, equal to 1655 Sek/155 Euro/1265 RMB per night—with terrible service and an exceptionally exploitative attitude.

酒店就是火車站上蓋，地鐵巴士站也是在酒店門外，房間很好有海景露台，去各個地方都很方便，是非常有特色的酒店

入住地板就有頭髮，後面就都沒有讓每天來打掃了。 位置還是可以的，但是一側是馬路，另外一層是軌道，開窗都很吵，衹能每天都關閉窗戶。估計下次是不會回來住了

房間安靜、但很大。有點舊，但算乾淨。但位置不錯，旁邊就是公車站,去景點也很方便喔！然後直接在車站旁邊，我隔天搭車只要1分鐘就到車站了。下次還會再住。

リスボン観光で2泊しました。空港からも行きやすく、なんと言っても駅直結で移動は快適です。部屋はそれほど広くなかったものの、天井が高いのでそれほど圧迫感はないです。ただ駅側の部屋だったこともあり、始発〜終電まで列車の発着音はやや気になりました。フロントはコンパクトですがそれほど混雑もなくスタッフの方も親切でした。

交通方便，環境整潔，在火車站樓上的，很安靜，邊上有很多美食店，周邊旅遊景點好多，去羅卡角世界著名景點也交通方便

My mum and I booked this hotel for a 3 day 永安 in Lisbon through 永安. We came right out of the train station and into the lobby which was great and convenient as opposed to having to carry our bags through the city. We were pleasantly surprised by hotels overall luxury feel and the room had a great view over the river. The staff were polite and friendly and held our bags for us prior to check in and after check out. They even popped them up to our room for us too. Public transport was easy and accessible there is a lot in walking distance too.

酒店位置就在火車站上面，真的非常方便（因為火車罷工改搭大巴的話，就有點遠了🥺）。酒店古色古香，住的是河景房，景色不錯。 入住時有迎賓飲料，剛下大巴一路搭地鐵到酒店時喝一杯冰涼的水果茶特別舒服（橙+肉桂？） 酒店位置走路到景點不遠，沿著河邊一路走很舒服。
