Enjoy the queen bed,recently renovated room,noisy area because of clubs pubs,but as a idepented local company can hardly fault it

Excellent little hotel. Right in the centre of town and a short walk to the ACC. Bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall and excellent option and reasonably priced. Would stay again

While the hotel was clean and well-maintained, it was quite noisy at night. Additionally, there were some unexpected extra charges due to a new policy that had not yet been updated online. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

The room itself was modern, comfy, and spotlessly clean — exactly what I needed. Not five-star fancy, but everything worked, it felt cared for, and I actually got a great night's sleep. One thing I really appreciated? **The transparency.** The bulk was paid upfront, and I only had to hand over £2.40 on-site — no surprise fees. I really liked this place. Good location and kind staff members. My room was super quiet and comfortable. I was able to focus on my work during my stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Liverpoool. Its location was in the center of the city with many stores around! I would come again next time travelling to Liverpool. 沒有空調，夏天住會比較熱。房間空間大，在利物浦市中心，地理位置好。總體還不錯。衞生也做得不錯。。。。

If you plan to stay at summer please do not choose this place as there is no air-conditioning and you will get sweat at the back with the fan while sleeping. The location is good and that is the positive but not a place to stay during summer as you can't even open the window properly with safety lock.

Nice hotel with big rooms. I was on the front and the music \ people enjoying a night out in the nearby bars was loud at night until 4\5am... Luckily I can sleep through it but it wouldn't have been good for a light sleeper.

I arrived at 13:30 to the hotel and as I am disabled person I thought the reception was gonna check me earlier but he insisted on going and coming back at 15 o'clock so I came at 16 o'clock and he tells me is no disabled room for me and I must to request one when I made a booking and he gave me a room in first floor 😭

Visit to watch the famous Accrington Stanley play Liverpool in the fa cup , hotel really easy to find, nice room bar and restaurant masons , found parking nearby 5 min walk (under £16 for 24 hours) B parking. Only downside was this hotel is in the thick of it for late night clubs and outside so called garden bars , so it was pretty noisy in the room , it didn’t really bother us cause we both can sleep through fireworks. But if you’re a light sleeper and need to be in bed early take some ear defenders .
