The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

酒店距離利物浦的火車站步行距離有點遠，不過離皇家碼頭的距離還算近。酒店位於一個比較不起眼的建築裏面，尋找的時候費了點功夫。早餐位於一樓，種類還算豐富，反正英國菜就那樣。設施還行，總而言之一般般吧。不過利物浦這座城市我們倒是挺喜歡的，包括市中心有一個巨大的購物商圈，總之非常好逛。

I recently stayed at the Hampton by Hilton in Liverpool in Room 323. While my overall experience was great—the room was excellent and the price was fair—I have some feedback regarding the front desk service. As a professional with 15 years in the hotel industry, I felt the welcome at reception was lacking. After my wife checked in, I arrived and went to the front desk to inform them. They were not very welcoming and didn't offer any directions to my room or to the lifts, even though this was my first visit. I believe your staff would benefit from additional training on guest interaction and hospitality standards. This is not a complaint but rather constructive feedback to help you improve.

Pleasant Stay with a Few Shortcomings My stay at the hotel it had its pros and cons. On the positive side, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my experience more enjoyable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding and a great way to start the day. However, I encountered a couple of issues during my stay. While the room appeared clean overall, the linen had an unpleasant smell, which was off-putting. Furthermore, some areas seemed to be neglected in terms of cleanliness. Despite these issues, the hotel has potential, and I believe addressing these concerns would significantly improve the guest experience. I would give my stay a rating of 3 to 4 stars, as the friendly staff and delicious breakfast were notable highlights.

Everything was good. Very convenient parking, but there is parking a bit cheaper nearby, Jamaica Street Car Park for example. Breakfast till 9:30, we came late and wanted to sleep a bit longer) and there were no cheese and vegetables

Great location, friendly staff all around the hotel, room clean & bed comfy. Breakfast was plentiful & enough seating even at busy times. Please make the carpark cheaper for motorbikes as they are using less space, but we were great full that it was safe. Totally recommend & would use again. Thanks 😊

The hotel's location for where we needed to go was excellent. This includes, the open top bus, Echo arena, central town with pubs, restaurants, etc and transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Our room was spotless. The shower was a big walk-in one with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. We will definately stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
