Location is superb if you are visiting Albert Dock and the Beetles shop nearby. Also it is close enough to go to John Lewis and other shops/ restaurants. Would recommend this accommodation for those who could occupy on his/her own.

I found the room to be clean and comfortable, perfect for relaxation. However, the staff could be friendlier and more attentive to enhance the experience. Additionally, offering more amenities, like in-room coffee makers, would elevate the stay. A pleasant visit overall!

Not the best we’ve stayed at in Liverpool. On the plus side the room was clean and the location of the hotel is excellent.  On the other hand the rooms are very small, the shower door leaked and the air conditioning unit was very noisy (sounded like air bubbling in the unit). We reported the noise and were informed it was the same in all rooms.  I can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat at the hotel.

酒店位置好似近景點及巴士站，但又不算太方便，可能旁邊有地盤，被安排對住地盤的房間，所以感覺不太好，房間算大。問及泊車問題，職員只講住客收費我知，我明明話有朋友想泊車，又唔解釋另有比較貴的收費，攪到朋友泊貴了……
