First of all, they had messed up our booked for 2 king rooms so son gets upgraded - fine. Then get to my room - very dark so don’t see outside. All night kept awake by loud humming, beeping and whirring. Too tired to go back to reception. Turns out I was inside from all the ventilation shafts etc. Noisy from people going past at all times of the night. Worst night sleep ever in a hotel. Do not accept room 606.

Absolute rubbish— worst stay I’ve had in a hotel and shocked this is a Hilton. Hotel couldn’t issue key cards and had to escort guests to rooms. No notice re: the pounding music outside at all hours of the night. The staff seem to have issues that may require professional help. Had to call TWICE in one night because I couldn’t sleep— was offered ear plugs. The “manager” I spoke with was possibly the most delusional— offered no compensation while mentioning that the staff of the hotel have been aware of the problem for a long time. Avoid at all costs!

非常糟糕。沒有洗漱用品。問有沒有刮鬍刀説可以自己出去買。另外房間非常吵。進房間床上扔了兩個劣質耳塞。然後去要求換房間。説我們已經進入房間了所以不能換。***。投訴後反饋也特別差

Great location, spacious room and washroom. Everything is good except that the access to the hotel room is not so direct, we had to carry our luggages up and down the stairs.

Good hotel if you want guaranteed peace and quiet nights stay. The price is high especially at weekends. I’m happy somewhere cheaper for one night.

酒店的房間非常大，還有一個很大的衣帽間，可以説是結構非常好了！酒店的裝修也很有特色，很復古，而且客人還有歡迎曲奇🍪喲！整體的入住體驗還是很棒的 地理位置更是沒得説，旁邊是利物浦市中心商業區，距離各個景點走路也都可以到達。
