半夜暖氣會停掉，窗戶少了半邊會透風，設施都很老舊，房門鎖也有點壞，服務態度也很一般，給了我們尾房，最遠的房間

這個簡直就是**** 不知道怎麼想的 走路五分鐘的路程能設立兩個火車站就算了 兩個火車站到這個酒店的距離也是一樣的 兩個火車站之間來回特別麻煩 要下很多層樓梯 然後在坐一站火車再上很多段樓梯 要我説這英國軟件設計師****嗎 路線規劃成這樣 明明兩個火車站到酒店距離一樣 非得讓我們搬着一堆箱子折騰一趟到另一個近點 然後酒店很詭異 很舊 睡的還很不好 床很小也睡得很不舒服 感覺睡着睡着床墊要掉了 圖片裏那個什麼大鼓米線吧好像叫 就是用水對的 非常無味 不知道是誰在那瘋狂推薦 酒店燈也很昏暗 一整個透露着詭異的氣息 差評 房間不知道循環系統咋做的 悶的不行 有時候又冷得要死 床單感覺也不是很乾凈 有顆粒感 大堂就跟那種夜總會一樣的 除了離火車站近 沒別的優勢

利物浦火車站出來走路幾分鐘就到了，老式酒店，房間很多，晚上也比較安靜，房間挺大的。去市區逛逛都很方便，利物浦住一天主要就是來看利物浦隊主場球賽的。火車站對面的公交站半個小時不到就到安菲爾德球場。回來的時候917路大巴排隊隊伍好長好長，還好雨漸漸停了。

It was a wonderful hotel, a surprisingly huge room in the very center of the city, large rooms and a neat bathroom, everything was perfect, I will return to this hotel

Get beyond the check-in area and the majesty of this hotel becomes apparent. Fabulous architecture unspoiled by ill advised modernisation. There is refurbishment of the bedrooms underway and my stay on the third floor was in a refurbished room. It was impressive in an understated way retaining some rare original features whilst featuring a state of the art bathroom. Neither too hot nor too cold. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was adequate with nothing to complain about. I will stay there again.

Not going to knock the place but it was box standard. Big and beautiful building. Rooms spacious. But need up dating. The surrounding was awesome because it was in the city centre. Would I stay there again. Maybe because the price was ok.

위치는 맘에 들었지만... 호텔방안에서는 전화도 안되고 와이파이도 사용이 어려웠습니다 너무 불편했습니다 다른 호텔 추천드려요

這個酒店在市中心，馬路斜對面酒吧晚上唱歌聲音很大，會到夜裡00.00-2:00才消停；房間很大，室內設施比較老舊，沒有空調；但大堂不錯，大堂還連接一個更大的有沙發座的hall和一個老年舞廳；酒店地點沒得説，去酒吧街教堂購物中心車站博物館簡直太方便了，樓下有麥當勞，附近有Greggs, Burger King, Tesco…利物浦大教堂是英最大教堂，沃克arts museum值得一去；有想看lap dance/*****的，可以去與bold street相隔10米平行的那條街

The reviews can be quite negative from some people, and I do agree that the rooms could do with a freshen up, BUT it's an old hotel filled with character and history and we really enjoyed it for that. It's very central and 6 mins walk to Lime St Station and 7 min to Cavern Quarter. (The Vines pub next door is also a must & 15 min in opposite direction takes you up the Philharmonic pub, beautiful place with history and an award winning steak pie.). The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and really lovely. There are a couple of nice bars as you come into the reception area , including the American bar, which has a nice ship saloon feel. Got a great deal and stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. Would come back, the rooms do need a face lift though. 😀
