飯店位置很好就在酒吧街的旁邊。周邊店舖眾多生活機能良好。可惜住的房間電燈壞了不少，問題也沒辦法立即排除，有點影響旅遊興致。

房間比較暗，感覺對面就是居民樓，樓間距很近，最不能忍的是沒有免費的礦泉水。好在交通便利，離地鐵站和商業街比較近。

Great location, very clean fabulous building.  My only thing concerned me is that it seemed anyone can just walk in and enter lifts to the rooms.  Security was tighter on an evening but still non one seemed to worry who was just walking in.  Other than that the walls seemed very thin so could hear others chatting etc.   But good size rooms clean location great - perfect for the one night we needed.

The location is great but regarding the 4 stars hotel, the breakfast was aweful. It was wasting money if you add the breakfast.

The hotel is at a great location, especially if you want to see the Beatles/music attractions, they are just 2min from the hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, had coffee, tea and biscuits free. The room itself was nice, but it can get a bit dark, since there aren't many lights in the bed area. The shower when put to hot/warm mode, it was very very low on the water pressure, so there was barely enough water to shower, otherwise would have to go for cold water. Staff were nice and welcoming, easy checkin and checkout. Food at the restaurant was subpar, though. I ordered fish and chips, easiest British dish, and it was bland, with all the chips burned, and mushy peas also flavorless. You can get a much better meal at any restaurant outside. It was a shame, since the hotel is so nice in general.

Honestly can’t say enough about how friendly and welcoming the staff were at Aloft Liverpool. I’ve stayed there quite a few times but this was the first time we took our dog with us and the staff went above and beyond to make him and us feel welcomed. Really appreciated the dog bed and water bowl in the room. Very dog friendly (Benjie enjoyed drinks in the bar!) with treats and fussing from all members of staff. We had a large and quiet corner room which was great for the dog. Looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful experience at the Aloft hotel, room was very spacious and clean, the staff were very helpful, I didn’t have the breakfast but my parents said it was outstanding. Location is perfect, less than 5 minutes to the centre, but no outside noise at night. Already planning our next 永安 back.

Nice hotel but disappointed with the room. We stayed previously and the King room was much bigger. This one was small. Bathroom small. Windows small. A huge bed which was great but no space. So hot even with air cond turned low
