利物浦的人很熱情。友善。自己由於在上個旅程中拖鞋忘拿了。然後英國酒店是不提供拖鞋的。然後抱着試一下的問了前台小姐。她很熱情的幫我們找了二雙拖鞋。真的很感謝。酒店房間很大。是我在英國住的最大的房間。而且靠近市中心。周圍都是商業街。吃的。購物很方便。下次來利物浦還會再次選擇這家酒店

房間裏的小廚房很好呀，出差不想吃外賣旁邊就有Tesco可以買菜自己做。房間床還可以，就是枕頭下面有毛髮。酒店位置也超級好，公交地鐵都超級方便，樓下商場超級多。

Great location as in the heart of the city. Close proximity to shops and bars. University and docks were a 10 minute walk away. Would recommend.

Stay for 4 nights the 1st week of Sept. Location is good, the centre of everywhere! Room spacious with kitchen which is so convenient. Reccomended!

Doors bang all the time and are very loud wish people would be more considerate, also you do hear noise from street on floor 4 , lovely apartments very clean , good staff perfect location

But: 1. Water control in shower problematic. 2. Water did not drain in bathroom faucet. 3. Telvision is awkward position to see from bed, no other option available. 4. No cleaning dishes is possible since there is not soap or sponge. 5. If you do laundry on the 6th. floor, one dryer does not work and no fauchet to drain water from the dryer. 6. Window sound insulation not effective. 7. Hotel receptionis Marian from the Philipines is wonderfull, but so the other receptionist. 8. Rest of the crew we met were very nice. 9. We will come again, hopefully the minor rejections will be fixedd Zami Ben Chorin Room 606

One of the rooms booked was not available on the first night and it took about 30 minutes for the reception staff to admit it was a mistake on the part of Quest.  The reception staff were actually telling us we had to go and look for alternative accommodation.  I have also been charged £446.68 by Quest despite the fact I had paid for my booking.  The reception staff are out of their depth and unsupported.

位置是真的很好，酒店樓下十分熱鬧，購物吃飯都很方便。酒店已安排入住最高的六樓，但酒店隔音很差，樓下街頭的音樂聲太大，一直到早上5點才結束，所以要到早上5點才能入睡。
