Cleanliness was not satisfactory. Booked for a double room with window with courtyard view . But the view was another building next to the window .overall , good service

First place we stayed in where there wasn’t a set of drawers or a wardrobe, couldn’t control the air conditioning the 1st night (was sorted the next again day) and finally the noise from the street around 4am   like bins being emptied and goods being loaded. This went on for ages. Apart from the above we’d still consider Tune due to its location, price and cleanliness maybe the next time request for a room away from the Main Street.

Great hotel in the centre for all amenities. Staff friendly . Room good only criticism is trying to find my room ! Lift only goes to first floor then follow signs & uo two flights of stairs to get to the third floor.

Great location with Liverpool and Albert Dock around the corner. Friendly and helpful staff. Big tv and bed. Good WiFi. Free luggage storage before checking in. Free hot water to make tea. The bed was a bit too short for someone who is 5ft9/170cm. Windows were cracked open a bit, really need to be fixed because now, a lot of noise was coming through it.

Room door lock broken. Shower pressure low. Pillows hard. Air conditioning broken/windows sealed. Long walk from reception to room including using TWO lifts!

Tune Hotel is located in Liverpool City Centre. Next to lots of bars and restaurants. 10 mins walk to Royal Albert Dock. Clean room and very convenient.

竟然沒有打掃地板，桌子之類的衞生。不過有房間就可以提前入住這點挺好。 位置還算可以，wifi也比較快。

Aside from a couple of dirty chocolate bottle caps on the bed and a few other things left around the room, including the security safe not functioning due to not having been reset since the last guest stayed, it was good. The only issue with the things detailed above is that it means that the bed wasn't cleaned properly at all and that I was unable to leave valuables in the room. The two boys at reception went above and beyond with amenities and were happy to just pass us coffees and waters at no charge. My friend was also unwell and appreciated this greatly. It would've been a 5/5 review had the bed been cleaner and the safe worked. Sadly it was confusing to find the room as well as exit the hotel, as the way we came in had a "no entry" sign placed on the door shortly thereafter, despite everyone continuing to use it as the only possible way to access the elevator. Our floor was also still under construction.
