It was freezing we called the hotel 4 times it tuck them 4 hours to come with a heaters 1 heater, the blinds on th windows was missing there was drafts we asked for a refund to book somewhere else we are still waiting on a reply they said it would be the next day before they could get more heaters but that never happened one of us has stage 4 renal disease and cannot stay in a cold damp place we explained this to the lady on the phone and to永安 and nothing was done I would avoid this place as 永安 did nothing for us also very poor from 永安 but I am going to post in social media
