Apartment was clean and in a good location however the heat was unbearable, the windows didn’t open and there was no air con. Good check in system, the emails and phone call were helpful and answered quickly. Although advised about the water system, we were shocked at how loud it was when showering and using the toilet which woke up others if we used the toilet at night. No basic amenities such as tea or coffee.

Convenient location. A little loud in the night even on Sunday but that comes with being right on the edge of Matthew Street. Seems like a very quick clean was done an bits missed but overall the apartment was clean and tidy. Getting into the apartment was easy once we had the instructions Helpful staff on phone if needed

I booked to live overnight for an important meeting next day, the service was good and the respond to inquiries are prompt. However, the location which is good overall, near to the sea, cathedral, the city centre and the train station, is exactly upstairs of many pubs. The music was playing the whole night with excited rhythm, making me cannot sleep. Too noisy, not really happy with this and will not rebook again. Also, when I enter, there is a bug flying and I I am afraid of insects!!!! The bedding makes me itchy.

예약전에 150파운드를 별도로 내야합니다.. 永安에서는 짐 보관 가능하다고 적혀있지만 거부당했습니다 식기나 시설 자체는 조금 더러운 느낌입니다 펍에 가까워서 놀러가기는 좋지만 주변 치안이 그렇게 좋지는 않기 때문에 밤에 외출하는것은 비추천합니다 宿泊前に150ポンドを別途で支払うことになります。 荷物預かりもできませんでしたので、不便でした。

This Appartment was really lovely and clean, even had a washer dryer and everything else you would need.only a few minutes to shopping area and plenty of bars and restaurants only a minute or two walk, I will definitely be back at the Cavern quarters appartments, 🙂😊

Great night away for boyfriends birthday perfect for what we want. Only issue was that I didn't have the code to get in and when I rang they had been trying to contact me through ******* despite me booking it through 永安, staff were very quick to sort out the issue and get us into the apartment
