故障塔酒店 (Fawlty Towers Guest House)

We had a great stay at Fawlty Towers, and the highlight was definitely the staff — especially Joy (so aptly named!). On Sunday, when the WiFi was down, she came in, rebooted the router, and literally walked around with her phone making sure everything was working again. She solved the problem quickly and with a smile — exactly what you hope for when traveling. In contrast, the Saturday staff just kept telling us “there are routers everywhere, it should be fine” but didn’t actually do anything. For future travelers: yes, there ARE routers everywhere, and it is Starlink WiFi (fast and fantastic when working). But if you’re having trouble, find Joy — she knows how to reset it and get everyone back online. Note to management: you’ve got a gem in Joy. Please take the opportunity to train the rest of the team on how to handle simple WiFi resets. Once fixed, everyone was happy. A little proactive troubleshooting training would go a long way. Overall, a wonderful stay — clean, comfortable, and friendly, with staff who (at their best) go above and beyond. Thank you to all the staff to include, Gladys and her lovely kitchen folks and afternoon pancakes.

The hotel is located in the prime place and it is very easy to get access to the facilities, shops and bus stop. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. As we needed to leave earlier and they have provided packed breakfast for us.

服務比較熱情。位置好，過馬路對面有超市和餐廳。酒店內餐廳供應匹薩非常好吃且價格不貴。酒店有廚房供客人使用，很方便。 缺點是蚊蟲較多。在房間被臭蟲咬到，照片就不放了，有點嚇人。告知前台注意消殺。

櫃枱經理跟帶入住的人員都很好，地點離瀑布大概10-15車程，對面有商場，很安全出入都有人看守，走10分鐘有很好吃的金筷子中國餐廳，除了吃早餐時的一個女服務員~讓人有點種族歧視的味道~一早先到就叫我簽名，那時卻沒問我要吃什麼餐，後來一堆很晚來的歐洲人全上餐了，她就是在那裡一直聊天，才來問你要點什麼，莫名奇妙，我反應了後她才迅速幫我上餐，黑人自己都討厭別人種族歧視~

The stay was fantastic , clean room and very helping staff , with a basic breakfast and relaxing space and also the location is easily accessible, its on the main road and 15 min drive to the Victoria falls and across the road there is Shoprite and other restaurants around. The wifi was a bit slow sometimes. Overall stay was very good . Plus there is load shedding in zambia but they have backup power , Generator. You will definitely enjoy your stay. I needed a three pin charger and the staff provided, really appreciated that as without that I couldn’t charge my phone.

我非常推薦我在利文斯通的酒店，這裏的環境很好，工作人員很熱情，可以和前台溝通行程請求前台幫忙訂車去卡宗古拉關口，入境博茨瓦納。這裏的早餐很乾凈，廚房有一個披薩爐，在這裏可以吃到現做的披薩，並且可以觀看歐洲盃，在酒店裡還有一個bar 晚上可以來這裏放鬆認識其他人。非常推薦，價格實惠，環境優美，工作人員親切友善。 I highly recommend the hotel I stayed at in Livingstone. The environment is beautiful and relaxing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can easily communicate with the front desk to help arrange your itinerary, including booking a ride to the Kazungula border for entry into Botswana. The breakfast is clean and satisfying. There’s even a pizza oven in the kitchen where you can enjoy freshly made pizzas! During my stay, I could also watch the Euro Cup matches here. There’s a bar at the hotel as well—perfect for relaxing in the evening and meeting new people. I truly enjoyed my stay here. Great value for money, lovely surroundings, and genuinely kind staff. Highly recommended!

這家酒店位於利文斯通較中心的位置，馬路對面便是大型超市Sprit，周圍還有一些餐廳和商店，很是方便。酒店房間不大，但很乾凈，wifi信號覆蓋好，裏面的花園草坪打理非常好，很喜歡。我們到達酒店時已是晚八點鐘了，酒店工作人員很和藹，還給我們的房間做了升級，很感謝！這是一家值得推薦的好酒店。

너무 즐거웠어요. 되게 엉뚱한데 있는데 막상 들어가면 다른 세계가 펼쳐지더라구요. 평화로워서 잠비아와 너무 잘 어울리는 곳이었다 생각해요

性價比比較高的酒店！位置很贊，對面就是超市👍有一個非常大的花園草地！缺點就是蚊子多，廚房的設施有點簡陋😄
