龍目島望遠鏡別墅 (Telescope Villas Lombok)

It was a nightmare, the property quality is unacceptable and presents health risks!! Extreme Lack of Cleanliness: The entire property and bathroom are terribly dirty. Health Hazards: Massive dust/mildew, strong old storage odor, and active bugs/pests, including in the bed, causing itchiness. Unusable Amenities: Jacuzzi is dirty/moldy. Kitchen utensils are dirty and rusty. Disruption: Ongoing construction directly outside my room causes severe sound pollution and poor view (I booked "Full Ocean View Villa"). I need to check out early due to all of problems above, not to mention also the service quality was very poor. Our car tire got flat after park there for one night, and one of the staff that saw us freak out in the very early morning looking for car jack to change the tire showed nothing not even an empathy. I tried to raise my concern nicely with just a refund request for my other unsused 2 night however the manager kept pointing to 永安 scapegoating that refund aproval is on 永安 ends while 永安 kept saying that needs aproval from the property's ends for the refund.

Very nice, beautiful balconies! Very helpful stuff and manager! The location is good but you have to use a bike to go to Kuta or anywhere, but if you do it’s very close and quiet!

Great place with amazing view! Very nice people that work there. You have to rent a scooter to move around but if you do it’s just fine, we really enjoyed this one.

Nice room with an excellent view, suitable for young people and the price are affordable.The road to the hotel are pretty bad but still accessible. Good water pressure with netflix tv.serene environment. Location wise bit far from everything unless you have transport should not be an issue
