房間非常棒，都有點不捨得出房間了，環境也非常好，來龍目島半個月終於在這裏吃到了好吃的飯，菜品豐富，味道非常棒，所有的服務人員非常熱情，有求必應。如果再來龍目一定會再來這裏。

Exquisite hotel that redefines luxury in the Kuta, Mandalika area. Excellent staff, friendly and always ready to help. I will definitely return if I'm ever in the area. Big shout out to Tazkia for her hospitality and efficiency. And not forgetting Gigih.

we loveeedddd our stay here! everyone was so nice from the front desk, to the housekeeping and kitchen staffs. all so friendly. room was huge. view was amazing. will definitely come again!

This hotel offers a great stay with an amazing breakfast. They provide a shuttle bus service to the town area. However, the beach here is not as nice as Gili Meno, for instance, and the Tanjung Aan area, which is supposed to have beautiful white sand beaches, has been deteriorated. I recommend this hotel for a staycation, but it is definitely not an ideal spot for a beach holiday.

Un séjour inoubliable dans un hôtel exceptionnel ! L’hospitalité est tout simplement remarquable, avec une vue imprenable depuis l’emplacement. Un grand merci à Haris pour sa gentillesse et son attention à la piscine, ainsi qu’un grand merci à Zomi pour son professionnalisme et la qualité du service au restaurant. Le service de véhicule avec chauffeur pour découvrir l’île est un vrai plus. Le petit feu sur la plage le soir très agréable. Le petit bémol, le bruit des chariots des agents de service dans les couloirs le matin. Nous conseillons vivement cet hôtel ! Farida et Farid

The hotel has a private beach and is one of the best hotels in that area. The breakfast is pretty good with lots of variety. The hotel has a great pool facing the beach. Only thing that needs to be improved is the clean-up time. There was once when we asked our room to be cleaned but when we got back, it had not been cleaned yet. The staff in the restaurant are kind and friendly!

Excellent service by check in counter Alang who made our check in a breeze. Also not forgetting the pool side bar and breakfast area Mr. Kabul who was engaging and attentive 💯 The location is pretty far from Kuta area which you will need a vehicle to get there.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and have a pleasant layout, although the cleanliness could be improved, as there were some cobwebs and marks on the walls. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and intermittently stopped working. The pool is wonderful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. We extended our stay by an additional night but changed rooms due to the air conditioning problem. It is quite expensive considering the location; however, if you can find a good deal, it is worthwhile. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the center and provide free daily activities. I found their restaurant to be quite expensive, double the cost of similar meals in town, which is unfortunate as we would have eaten there if it were more reasonably priced.
