I do not recommend this hotel because it leaks in holes, it is stuffy, there is nothing to breathe + the air conditioner does not work. There is no hair dryer, bugs crawl everywhere, the bathroom is broken, everything leaks, you can't close the windows because there are none and the mosque screams all night, the food is very bad, I burped the entire vacation

Espectacular resort, con unas vistas preciosas, rodeado de naturaleza. Se puede ir caminando a distintas playas cercanas. El servicio es muy amable y una grata sorpresa que el mánager del resort hable personalmente contigo y te trate como a un amigo. De estancia obligada si vas a Senggigi. Varios tipos de habitación (con piscina privada, con jardín...). En mi caso, escogí la opción con jardín privado. Pequeñito pero acogedor. Volveré.

I don't know what to say! I just expect something more for $100 Aud. The room itself quite old. Only the view and the pool was good. Our room is in the roof so if you travel with family with big luggage and many stuff better don't take the room in the roof because the staff not willing to help you. Before I decide to take the room, they promise will help when check in and check in, but when the check out time nobody come to you. Some cockroach reunion in the room.

the place was tooooo beautiful. did set a lower expectation based on the reviews for the maintenance but they still tried their best. paint chipping here and there shouldn’t be an issue. we had issue with aircond and complained , they got it fixed immediately. able to see both ocean and mountain view from our open balcony, enjoyed jacuzzi with those view and the night stars was just too beautiful. we also got to see sunset from our room. it was just tooo much of a perfect spot honestly. breakfast was not buffet but rather ala carte menu
