Ver sober and clean hotel with wonderful staff. Perfect hygiene n well stuffed with tea coffee toiletries rooms. Shows the hotel has casual confidence which comes with inherent confidence in its own services.. well spread buffet breakfast n the ppl gave us an hour extension too

Only Food was delicious. Services not so good. This hotel is by far below 4 star standards. We booked a executive room with lawn access, however the lawn was not well maintained and there was nothing personal with respect to lawn. Concrete path maintained to walk through to the lawn but the lawn was not even the length of pathway. When asked about the basic amenities such as dental kit and all, the hotel personal informed that these were chargeable. These are something which is expected from a 4 star hotel. When I asked about arrangements for my husband's birthday, neither the hotel personal allowed outside cake, nor they could arrange a cake by themselves. The decoration work was not allowed and the staff had no idea for any such arrangements.

Vits lonavala is not newly open property some 20 year old property is taken over by Vits so fully renovation is needed for all areas like resturant, swimming pool, reception & rooms. stinking water in room can't take bath properly. Breakfast was also bad. Think twice before going. staff is very cooperative & polite only one good thing about this property.
