There is no lift facility. Air conditioning not working. Breakfast service not as per satisfaction. Location was good but no pick up n drop service available. Rooms are not cleaned. Not satisfied with service

The experience was average. The rooms were not upto super deluxe standard. It was as good as deluxe room. The food was good. Had dinner as well as breakfast. The taste was good.

The hotel is not worth the charges it takes. No elevator is available. Don't go with the fancy details mentioned in the room description. It was mentioned as a garden view but there is no garden in the hotel. Premium room charges are almost double which has just one additional bed and nothing extra. Also, no refrigerator is there in the room. Too costly for the amenities.

I would first like to congratulate the make my 永安 team. You are awesome in your customer service. My respect for your organisation has increased hundred fold. I never thought we could have such a great customer service in india. My respect for all you. I had booked a hotel which at the last moment cancel-led my booking and sold the room at a higher price. When i brought this to your teams notice i got a call from you customer care team and in that call of 20 minutes they gave me three options and once i selected booked the one i chose and gave the booking confirmation by mail. It was an awesome experience. Thank you. Hotel dreamland also has fantastic service. I had gone for a marathon and needed to leave at 2:00 am for the starting point and they not only helped me arrange for vehicle but also made sure that i reached on time. Thank you.
