This is the nicest hotel I can recommend for anyone who needs an accommodation near Westfield Stratford. Very helpful and friendly staff, they make you feel welcome. It's worth for the hygiene standards and the tee and coffee you can enjoy at the reception as well. I give them 5 stars review because honestly I couldn't say them thank you enough for the lovely stay. I will definitely go back there again.

Basic room but is what was expected. Compact. Good to have outside space at the back so you're not doing everything on the high road which the hotel is on. Good check in as i arrived quite late although my room was put on the Lower Ground floor, even though I had asked for a higher floor. Rooms in the lower ground did not have any phone reception which was not ideal, but WIFI service was fine.

I was greatly disappointed as I had pretty high hopes in this hotel due to the great reviews on 永安. The service was good and the staff was all friendly and helpful. However, we were given the room in the lower level (like basement) where the ventilation was bad. The room stinks really bad due to the old carpet, and it was really small that we could barely open our luggage. The staff gave us some air refresher spray but it didn’t seem to work as the smell of humidity & like wet towel is very strong. The wifi in the lower ground was very bad as well. They had complimentary breakfast, of which quality is fine. Btw, not their fault but the area is slightly ghetto and also smell like sewage at night. But bus stops are across the street which will bring you to major metro stations.

Excellent DC Hotel! My room was so comfortable and clean, the bathroom shower was always warm. Mornings were a joy to go downstairs and have my bacon and eggs, cereal, and as much tea and coffee as I could drink. The staff were friendly and discreet and went out of their way to help with any questions. I shall return here when next in Stratford! Thank you everyone at DC

酒店是棟三層小英式公寓，環境衞生，房間整潔，前台友善。有早餐提供，雖不算豐富，但有煎蛋培根麵包，算是齊備。房間尚算寬敞，可平放大行李箱，房內大窗共兩個，光線充足。位置離Forest Gate地鐵站較近，步行五分鐘，Stratford大站則步行約十分鐘。Stratford站有商場，屬於中心地帶，有健身室、餐廳、超市。酒店附近相對清幽，但屬於大馬路旁，人流亦多，治安不錯。

來倫敦參加學術會議，提前很久預訂了這一家酒店。這家酒店的大堂及休息區非常乾淨，工作人員很有禮貌，內部房間整潔、衞生。這裏的一切都給我留下了深刻的印象，最讓人難忘的是這家旅店讓我在異國他鄉遇到了心中摯愛，一位同樣來此參加會議的女博士，我們住在這家旅店相鄰的兩個房間，並朝夕相處了七天。我們一起參加會議、交流科研經驗、分別作學術報告；一起去了牛津大學、大本鐘和大英博物館等英國地標；一起在倫敦的人地鐵裏穿梭探險；一起在最浪漫的白崖感受自然的饋禮……這一段驚奇的旅程我將終身難忘。未來，如果還有機會回到倫敦，我一定還會選擇這裏。感謝DC！

Basic hotel provides the requirements of a night stay, parking is £15 extra. Booked a family room which was in the basement and literally 2 double beds & a bathroom with shower, nowhere to sit down & no room to move.

中心地から離れているが、近くのバス停からのアクセスは良いです。部屋はやや狹いですが、水回りも清潔でタオルも安心して使えました。スタッフの方はフレンドリーで信頼できるし、24時間コーヒーマシンやジュースバーを使えるのが嬉しい。また、おいしい英國式朝食が食べられます。有名なカフェに行こうと思っていましたがその必要はありませんでした。 1點殘念な點があるとすると、部屋の壁が薄いのか外の道路の音や隣の部屋のドライヤーの音が聞こえることです。ただ、価格が安いので許容範囲內でした。

Excellent hotel in East London. 10 mins walk away from Forest Gate tube station, 10 mins by bus to Stratford. Very well kept and rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Staff are very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast is very good as well. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to stay at a good price.
