Good things: the location is good and the receptionists were nice. There’s free water in the room. I read the reviews thinking I only need it for one night and I don’t mind a simple room, as I stayed in hostels before and don’t need luxury. However, I regret booking this hotel. Initially I got an upgrade, which is a very nice gesture, but the upgraded room did not have a window and the smell was unbearable, so I asked for my original room (with window) instead. Both rooms were located in the basement. My room also had an unpleasant smell, it was dirty and mouldy. The mugs were not cleaned after the previous guests and there was zero soundproofing, so I couldn’t sleep for most of the night. The bed was uncomfortable and I am not sure whether the sheets were washed. The blanket was definitely not washed for months. Next time I’ll spend £20 more and book a regular hotel, like travelodge or holidays inn.

Il y avait le nécessaire dans la chambre, mais le sol était mouillé à mon arrivée (2 flaques d’eau), et le tringle à rideau menace de tomber d’un instant à l’autre (blessure potentiel car en métal lourd et juste au dessus du lit). Par contre, malgré un lit simple, il était confortable.

The room was very small but functional. Can’t ask for much for the price ＜$100/night. The location was good, just few minutes walk to the main station , very convenient for travelers taking early morning train. It has a small drink corner

地點超好的，就在歐洲之星車站的對面，離地鐵很近。可惜沒有電梯就是，房間雖然小，但是蠻方便的，整體上還是很推薦。

友達が遊びにくるので移動に便利なキングスクロス近辺のホテルを予約しました。ちょうどこの日は交通ストライキがあったので立地的にはすごく助かりましたが、エレベーターが無くキャリーケースを運ぶのにすごく苦労しました。またヘアドライヤーがなかったので扇風機に當たって髪の毛を乾かしました

まずフロントに従業員がいない。大聲で呼んでやっと出てくる。エアコンはない。窓が開けられているが閉めたくても高さが高くて閉めれない。水回りは改裝されていて最新の設備が整っていた気がする。シャワージェルとシャンプーだけあった。卓上の小さか扇風機と色んな充電ができるマルチ充電器みたいなのが置いてあった。水とティーは無料。エレベーターはないので、荷物運ぶ際はお気をつけて。出ていく時はもちろんフロントに誰もいないから、鍵をフロントに置いて出て行ってと紙が置いてあった。布団などもなんだか清潔なのかもしれないが、他の要素も相舞ってあまり心地いい滯在ではなかった。キングスクロスまでは近いからそれに関してはべんり。

Clean room, refurbished, close to the station. Staff were very nice and helpful. But it was noisy at night and the shower door and fan extractor in the bathroom were broken. Also, the corridors and stairs are very narrow and there is no lift but the staff were very accommodating and tried to find a suitable room and help with the luggage. Good quality for the money.

The hotel is located conveniently near King's Cross Station. The room is quite small and hot in summer with no air conditioner. The bed linens were dirty and I requested change, and the staff was quick to assist. During late night until early morning, people next door were very noisy, swearing, and running up and down the stairs. I'd warn against staying in this area if you travel as families.

Very close to king cross station and varies bus stop. Staffs and receptionist are very helpful (they even help me with the luggage). *no lift inside View to the garden is good. Single room literally like the name of it, small but very convenient.

住了幾天, 雖然櫃台人員不同, 但都相當nice 房間不是每天打掃, 備品(洗髮精沐浴乳肥皂咖啡茶包糖)也沒有每天補充, 但很神奇的好幾次有兩顆青蘋果 (但不好吃......)
