A bad experience with this hotel. Booked the hotel arrived at the front door, very suspicious entry amongst other residents in the same street. No information on entry in how to access your accommodation. Could not call anyone to access. Checked my booking, no information to obtain access codes or anything other. My bank account debited, no recourse for refund. THE HOTEL IS A SCAM. - Received email from the Verb next day stating that I was a no show and my booking had been cancelled. MONEY TAKEN VIA INITIAL BOOKING. This hotel needs to be deleted from *********** I'm seriously thinking of using another booking platform. I'm in a dispute with the hotel now to get my money back. Can't speak to anyone, not happy at all

房間和設施都不錯。就是地方難找，衹有門牌號沒有標識；收到確認函後，還需要按郵件提交資料扣按金，否則無人接待，無法獲得入住密碼。

the location was good, but it was really hard to find. Had to pay a deposit to an external company which 永安 didnt make us aware of. Had to call the extrnal renter to try and check in, did not have a nice attitude towards us at all. The room did not look as presented in the pictures, and the amenities were very fragile and dusty. The curtains were broken and the room was stuffy. Would not be returning, left very disappointed.

Great little guest house with all mod cons and a quirky rooftop access within my room with quaint views. Only downside was initial communication. While I was sent an email with instructions as to what to do for remote access it wasn't accessible as the email was blocked out by 永安 and I had to get in touch directly. The check in would have been good if it was an hour or two earlier.

首先這不是賓館，就是一個合租的民宿，沒有前台，任何聯繫都要通過電子郵件，非常不方便，房間不提供打掃服務，雖然有WiFi，但直到住了四五天後才能連上。我入住的房間是穿過客廳，廚房和洗衣房後面臨時搭出來的房子，不可思議。地理位置很好，但永安上提供的房子訊息有誤。已和永安反饋，等待處理意見

We had a very enjoyable stay, our room was spotless alongside the shared amenities. The only potential issue was getting into the accommodation which wasn’t communicated in regards of checking in and how to get the code.
