Got a much big room with a nice price, the view is very nice, it is just opposite the Buckingham Palace

Good location and clean

I recently stayed at Buckingham Palace Residences by Aeria Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect exactly as described, literally next to Buckingham Palace. You couldn't ask for a better position in London. The area feels incredibly safe and secure, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. The neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations. It's spacious, very modern, and clearly well-maintained. The contemporary design and cleanliness really stood out. I did share a few minor suggestions with the management team about some finishing touches that could enhance the experience even further, and they were very receptive. I'm confident these will be addressed promptly. Overall, I highly recommend Buckingham Palace Residences by Aeria Apartments for anyone looking for quality accommodation in an unbeatable London location. The combination of prime location, safety, modern amenities, and responsive management makes this an excellent choice. My Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

I had booked two flats for my group of 8 peoples. While one flat was prepared and ready, the other was unfortunately not cleaned or available upon our arrival. The property was left in an unusable condition, and there was no reception staff on site to assist. After finally reaching someone by phone, we were informed that the flat had been mistakenly given to another guest, and therefore housekeeping had not prepared it. As a result: On the first night, we had been told to be moved to another hotel at short notice, carrying our luggage late in the evening. The following day, the booked flat was still not ready until around 4–5pm, which caused further disruption to our plans. This situation caused inconvenience and stress for our group, and it was below the standard we expected for this booking.

Thank you for your “four”star service, but I still have to give a bad review. I wonder if the guests who are about to stay at this hotel know that there are ***** hairs on their pillows. There were also swarms of flies all over the room.
