Great hotel in a great location. Housekeeping kept everything clean and replenished. Standard rooms are very small so next time I’d upgrade to a bigger room. Very strange that there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom. Overall a great stay and I’d return.

An Absolutely Exceptional Stay in the Heart of London! Our stay at Hyde London City was nothing short of exceptional, and we completely agree with all the glowing reviews – this hotel is a true gem! The location is simply unbeatable, right in the vibrant City of London, making it incredibly convenient for exploring St. Paul's Cathedral, hopping on the City Thameslink, and accessing all the capital has to offer. The hotel's design is absolutely stunning, perfectly blending historic charm with modern, stylish, and vibrant touches – it truly creates a unique and inviting atmosphere. What really made our experience stand out was the outstanding staff and service. Every team member we encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and our room was wonderfully comfortable, providing a quiet and restful haven after busy days. The amenities were also excellent, contributing to a seamless visit. I would just note that the bathroom doors, while stylish, don't allow for complete privacy. This wasn't an issue for me as a solo traveler, but it's something couples might want to be aware of. However, this is a minor detail that absolutely did not detract from our overwhelmingly positive experience. We had a truly fantastic time and would wholeheartedly recommend Hyde London City for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located base in London!

Fijne kamer, voelde soms wat muffig. Personeel was vriendelijk maar zei geen gedag bij binnenkomst.

注意：會有工作人員在敲門沒人應答後，刷卡進入房間！！！ 由於家人不懂英文，沒應答門鈴，工作人員直接開門進入了。 後面我想退房，酒店不同意。各位注意甄別。

The hotel was nice and service was excellent. Unfortunately, I was allocated an accessible room with no standing shower and only a bathtub. It was the worst shower experience. The sprinkler was at waist level so I had to squat to take a shower. Sink was at thigh level, again very friendly to my back.
