酒店總體來説還可以，房間乾淨，裝修較新，早餐種類不算特別多但還是比較豐盛。最大的問題是床品質量未達預期，在永安和另一個平台分別定了兩個房型，床單被罩都起球，觸感不佳。請room service換過床品，仍然起球。後來半夜請前台的值班trainee拿了最新的床單自己換了，才是好的。地理位置上，雖然酒店名字帶earls court，但實際上位於區域邊緣。離West Brompton站更近，附近商業餐飲沒有earls court正中心那麼發達，但總體還算是安全穩定的街區。酒店算是性價比之選，有一些小瑕疵，但問題不算太嚴重。另外Mercure和ibis基本共用基礎設施，衹是不同樓層室內裝修不同，用餐之類都是一樣。

The room was small but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. However, the biggest issue was the reception staff. They were often too busy chatting among themselves to pay attention to guests, and their attitude was incredibly rude. During my one-month 永安 around Europe, this was the first time I felt genuinely upset because of hotel staff. Very disappointing experience 😨 Especially, Asian staff with long brown hair was rude, dismissive, and made me repeat myself three times. She looked annoyed the whole time and didn’t even respond when I thanked her. Completely unprofessional 🤯

This hotel especially relative to the cost of a London hotel was absolutely amazing. From the cleanliness to the service, the comfort to the location. I can’t fault it. A couple more amenities and it would be a perfect 10/10 in every category. I can’t judge the breakfast because we didn’t have it but will definitely stay again. A big thank you to the wonderful staff

整體來説不錯，店員也很nice，入住當天因為我是提早到的，酒店也幫忙安排房間了，酒店早餐也很豐富，熱香餅點贊。健身房沒用過不好評價。地理位置很好附近有三個地鐵站，不同線路能觸達，去V&A博物館坐巴士就可以到，離市區比較近，周邊安全還不錯，房間也挺時尚的，美中不足是房間內Wi-Fi信號一般，沒有冰箱，被子不算乾淨，溝通後也會馬上來換（但換了四五張被子才換到徹底乾淨的），我對這一點是比較介意，看到污漬黑點會不舒服，大概是這種問題。但整體住的感受是OK的，畢竟這裏離市區近但不算太貴，我定的時候日均一千五人民幣左右，看看有無更低價的區間，這在倫敦也比較難得了。

다 좋았어요. 근데 청소가 아쉬웠어요. 머리카락이 전혀 안치워져있었어요. 직원들이 친절했으나.. 마지막날 짐 맡기고 외출했다가 짐찾으러 갔을때 방에 놓고온 물건이 생각나 찾아달라했도니 없다고 하더라구요.

Stayed here for 10 nights. No amenities unless you request. That’s a hassle. Cause sometimes they remember to bring it over, and you got to remind them again to bring it over. Sheets were not changed even though I have asked them to change. Sheets wasn’t even properly tucked, even though they did the house keeping. Windows opened when we came back. Beautiful interior though, but with so many setbacks I don’t think I would ever come back here again

I stayed at this hotel for six nights, and everything was nearly perfect, from the facilities to the service. This was especially memorable for me as it was my first time visiting this beautiful country. The hotel arranged a room with a stunning view of the London skyline, which was vast and absolutely beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast; it was the perfect start to my day every morning. Although there was a minor issue with the room, the maintenance staff went above and beyond to resolve it and repeatedly checked to ensure everything was fine. I sincerely appreciate their help, even though I can't recall their names. Thank you to every staff member for their warm hospitality!
